Of all the months this is the least likely to happen because people are off, on vacation, etc... for the holidays. Most people have this whole week off or are only in for 3 days in at the most.

It’s a stimulant so it does keep you up. Its also an appetite suppressant (at least if it’s quick release adderall or the generic equivalent) which makes me wonder if he’s actually taking any as he is definitely over 400lbs.

It's good, but it's not repulsive enough.

Also, I don't believe that "hot" picture is from this year. He's way fatter than that and I don't think contorting his body is enough to disguise that. I guess it could also be photoshopped, but I'm still going with this being an older photo. I think Sean is past the point of trying to pretend to be a woman. Now that you don't actually have to make any effort to transition, he's not wasting time on that. He still declares himself to be a woman for grifting purposes and also so he can be as gross and disgusting about women and not be called out on it because he's a "lesbian". But I doubt that Sean actually thinks he is a woman. It's just a con for him.

Late af cause I'm catching up on a lot of cows that I've been neglecting. If someone said this gimme the clocks.

Not a lot of people know this, but Adderall can make someone who has ADHD sleepy. A lot of people who have it also have trouble going to sleep because their brain just wont calm the fuck down and is looking for any stimuli. It feels like your body is tired but your brain isn't and it refuses to shut off. Adderall/stimulants give that stimuli the brain wants so it can chill the fuck out and can sleep. Personally, I've taken naps an hour after my dose and used to drink coffee and then tuck in for bed before I knew I had ADHD. Some psychs will prescribe a mini third dose to get the patient to sleep.

Adderall is also used to treat narcolepsy, which is comorbid with ADHD, so this behavior is not unreasonable. So I don't think Kindness is bullshitting here too hard as this bitch is so impulsive and all over the place that she looks like she has ADHD, but she could be doing this for attention.

Could Sluggo have narcolepsy as well? Or maybe sleep apnea from all that adipose tissue crushing his lungs and trachea?

Extreme fatigue is a symptom of uncontrolled diabetes. If Sean is on insulin of some description he's probably found the 'hack' that lazy and less bright diabetics tend to find wherein instead of actually controlling your sugars through proper diet you can just up the insulin dose whenever you feel like pigging out on carbs (with the side effects of massive weight gain and eventually becoming insulin resistant).
