Naturally the comment thread is all new writers wanking on about how the "inferior" older version should have just been outright deleted instead of getting an archive. Ah, the SCP Foundation, love the writing, fucking hate the pretentious asf community and ban-happy staff.
The staff also permanently banned someone over downvoting articles with the pride logo. They didn't even say any bigoted stuff like "fuck faggots", and yet that was apparently still enough to get them banned.

Guy from the discord here. Can confirm that Kaktus at least is there, but honestly I don't see him talk much. As for the knife blade, she's not on the discord that I see at all- so even if she did try to mess with things again there's a pretty big chance anything she'd do would be shot down, and since the site doesn't allow posting articles without feedback like SCP did, it would have to go through heavy criticism and revision. At the very least, there's people still trying to make the site just about writing. I don't think I could stand losing another body of work!

Something about SCP: RU being held up against a wall and not being able to continue running. Not really a big deal I guess if they jus changed logo design to something original for their branch, but of course

A slightly late update, SCP did not do the pride logo this year, however an article making a reference to the fiasco and the kinch drama that caused the "leaked" hidden staff chat screencaps happened and that is SCP-4493 which in a nutshell is a phenomenom that causes bashing to happen to organizations and websites expressing support to the LGBTBBQBRAPPP community, the references to RPC include Sergeant N. Krum, Officer B. Smith, and Officer L. Aaron who die due to a heart attack.
The reactions to this went from taking it as "thinly veiled death threats" to "a bland unfunny low blow". Some top content from the flowery comments section:
It's important to point out the "death threat" autist Enkrum sent autist Kinch was an image of a severed head with their pfp being served to another subject with Enkrum's pfp.
JimmyBoyHaha is a notorious user in that this guy is active on both sites, a known crybaby upon receiving votes lower than "3 stars" and sucking up to staff so he may someday get a position among their ranks. A diet kinch but from RPC if you will.

It's just one of those things that should've had a bigger impact than it did, considering it ticks all the boxes: doxxing, Gay Ops, speds, a dumbass who keeps making alt accounts, the whole nine yards. But I guess it just represents everyone's thoughts on anomalous sites as a whole: not that many people care anymore.
