When I was a teenager working retail, I loved the wandering carts because I got to spend more time wandering out of the store. Unless it was raining or snowing, I didn't care for it was much better than cleaning the bathrooms.

I fucking hated doing this shit at work, especially when it was real hot/real cold/wet outside. Collecting carts was such a pain in the ass. I always put mine in the proper cart spot in the lot, sometimes I even grab one to use from the parking lot when I go in.

One of my cart collector experiences I won’t ever forget is that time an old Asian man attempted to park in the car corral… while I was IN it.
