I would say that this argument is not about homosexuality or even transsexuality but about the crazed academics and activists that lead these movements. Gay men in particular are abandoning these once respected thought leaders for more conservative movements for a reason.

I don't support criminally punishing pedophiles who haven't (yet?) offended, but they cannot be permitted to be around minors, period. The child's safety is more important than a pedophile's desire to participate in community or group activities.

Specialized therapy does exist for pedophiles and I would love to see that implemented in the US. if it can prevent even one of them from becoming a predator it would be worth it.

Come sometimes they assign them wrong. When did you decide to become a male? Ever think maybe you weren’t? Probably not but not everybody accepts society’s expectations.

Deviancy can be viewed two ways: it’s just how somebody was born and we can’t do anything to change how they are. Or it’s a learned behavior that can be fixed with therapy. Whatever view you have should be applied equally to people who are gay, lesbians, trans, queer, or MAP.
