Here is how I imagine the sentencing play out after the judge enters the room


THE EVIDENCE BEFORE THE COURT IS
INCONTROVERTIBLE, THERE'S NO NEED FOR
THE JURY TO RETIRE.
IN ALL MY YEARS OF JUDGING
I HAVE NEVER HEARD BEFORE
OF SOMEONE MORE DESERVING
OF THE FULL PENALTY OF LAW.
THE WAY YOU MADE THEM SUFFER,
YOUR EXQUISITE SISTER AND ANNA,
FILLS ME WITH THE URGE TO DEFECATE!

SINCE, MY FRIEND, YOU HAVE REVEALED YOUR
DEEPEST FEAR,
I SENTENCE YOU TO BE EXPOSED BEFORE
YOUR PEERS.
TEAR DOWN THE WALL!

At which point two dozen gigantic, furious convicts armed with sledgehammers rip down the walls of the court and proceed to evicerate the screaming Nick as the jury cheers
 
16 years, lifetime supervision (parole)

Long term prediction: parole violated with online interactions and KF assistance. Parole converted to life sentence.

Where Nick serves out any sentence is far more important than how long.

If he does hard time dropped into general population it's likely he'll serve hardly any time at all. The other inmates will see to that.

Canada (Unfortunately) has looser laws when it comes to this kind of thing. Seeing how the other sentences on people with this type of offense are prosecuted, and depending on how good of a lawyer he gets... Also factoring the fact that he is male and a minority.... It seems like he will get roughly 2-2.5 years for the intercourse charge and another 2-2.5 years for the three accounts of indecent assault on a person under 13. Lets see!

If I'm reading this dog's breakfast of a sentencing guideline correctly, the suggested range for the most serious of Nick's offenses, 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 3123(b), assuming Nick has no priors, is "72-SL," which I believe means 72 months to the maximum. So 6-40 years. It would be nice if we could see the prosecution's sentencing memorandum when it comes out, and I'll look at this more.

The table listing Nick's specific offense is 204 § 303.16(a). Priors enhance this.

Also we won't know parole because Nick won't even be eligible for parole for a long time and then the Parole Board will decide that.

Seriously? For all charges, 20-40 years, no parole, plus RSO status if he ever gets out alive.
