If I recall correctly, this "friend" of his was supposedly going to co-own the website with him. Apparently, there was some kind of disagreement on who was getting what in terms of revenue and the friend locked him out of the website preventing him from doing anything with it. Honestly, knowing how much he's lied in the past, it's probably total bullshit. I guarantee it was just another instance of him trying to be greedy and crashing out when it didn't quite go his way.
