That's Holly HC Brown, a lolcow fave who's basically the female Dobson. Self-proclaimed comic expert despite doing little more than self-publish a couple of abandoned series centered around her fetish-based OCs. No surprise she jumped (late) on this trend of videos, considering she'll take any excuse to trash other artists.

But as per usual, she doesn't have anything interesting to say on the topic and instead uses the video to showcase her mediocre art skills. She even slipped in her "realistic" style as a tumblr art trend, yet skipped over drawing Shmorky or Tearzah copycat styles. Could've at least given one of the examples blushing elbows, at the very least.

I don't think that it was done with the intention of fetish art, but the character herself is a walking fetish material to begin with. Which amazes me to even think that they would want to draw her in the first place.

The whole reason that more traditional depections of unicorns have beards like that is because back then they were often thought of as much more goat-like than horse-like. For example

Honestly between the number of "yaoi fangirls in denial" who inhabit Tumblr and how many artists I see who don't recognize when they get obvious fetish requests for things like tickling, I wouldn't be surprised if Tumblr's user base has difficulty differentiating fetish feul from "representation"

I always thought they put the NASA shirts on characters because of a little thing some people, especially conspiracy theorists/UFO researchers, like to call NASA:

So I thought maybe these SJWs in a way appropriated that phrase because of the whole "never straight" thing you could get out of it since they love to claim the characters are "oh-so-gay!" So basically they're like "I put this NASA shirt on X character so you know they're not straight uwu" but people aren't gonna understand that unless they know that phrase I just mentioned. These are just my thoughts on the matter.
