Unfortunately it's not just the big time events. Trannies have even infiltrated the grassroots events like Spyro Summit. you'll notice the two giant dilators present on the webcam throughout the gameplay sections.

I couldn't watch enough of it to see if there was anything funny worth clipping. But if you're interested you can find the vods here

It was in the big 20 last year. It's not as niche as people think it is. A lot of NES runners were forced to play it for one of the bigger online speedrun races.

I literally stopped paying attention to it when it went from a bunch of internet friends trying to play games fast in a basement to this corpo shit it's been for years. I always find out it happened again after it happened and someone got banned permanently for some really minor infraction.

That "pure and noble goal" is a smokescreen to directly aid and abet and enrich the human smuggling business, either fully intentionally or through sheer idealism blinded idiocy. The smugglers charge thousands of dollars for a ticket on the sketchiest rank ass ferry completely overloaded with "people in need" that could still somehow cough up a few grand of cash to make the crossing, then oh no unforeseen technical problems happen right when the Libyan waters turn into international ones and would you look at that, MSF saves the day once again by rescuing the couple hundred lives adrift at sea and ferries them across to Europe pro bono.

They're a direct and vital part in the daily operations of these smuggler pieces of shit, they make six figure profits on every single boat they launch because some fucking dipshit is either so proud and brave to run these "rescue operations" or he's getting a nice cut to boost his regular salary. If you really cared about these lives, you'd just U-turn and drop them back to Africa to snuff out that business entirely and stop them from intentionally putting thousands upon thousands of people in mortal danger at sea as their business case.

If their ideology was simply to "save lives", why wouldn't they return the people they "rescue" back to Libya? They're not doing good, they're doing irreparable harm by flooding the civilized world with dumb savages.
 
Tried to give one of the runs a watch to see if GDQ's changed at all, only to immediately see an obese she/they whose first words on the couch are about how gay he is. For years, it's been a tranny-infested shitfest more about virtue signalling than showcase of skill. Each event is a showcase of everything that makes it harder to respect the speedrun community, legitimate trans people should be embarrassed of these wastes of air.

Is there any decent list of events still worth watching? ESA's still generally good, and the $20% runs are consistently a great time, but it's hard not to feel like it's been slipping a little. RPG Limit Break is alright, but it's hard to come across games I'd be invested into to watch their run, especially with how long those tend to be for RPGs. GSPS (Polish event) is okay and has its moments, as far as more local events go, but I'm pretty sure they've had some organizational issues last year.

I used to love me some cringey speedrun marathons but I just can't stomach it anymore. It used to be fun-cringe because everyone was autistic now it's gross-cringe because everyone is a fucking tranny.

Edit- I did catch awful block this year and Bug Blasters was a pretty entertaining run for the FMV scenes alone lol.

Nothing but gross rapehon ogre trannies, absolutely disgusting. I hope that armoured autist had a good time regardless, he reminds me of what nerd spaces used to be, awkward nerds having a good time playing and arguing about video games and tech.
 
I saw them upload a run of Sonic Adventure on Dreamcast from this year and I was thinking "oh neat, speedruns of these games are always interesting to watch" only to find they'd somehow modified the game (running on a real Dreamcast mind you) so as Sonic would wear tranny colors on his shoes. There was also a fat troon on the couch who apparently just so happens to be a major record holder for the Adventure titles. Sad.

Once the thing stopped being about actually speedrunning the game by going through things as fast as possible ad instead wasting hours of time to slog through slow stuff and get one frame perfect thing so it "counts as a record!" is when it started going far too deep into the tranny cult of personality shit . Now I guess it's ok to mod games to count as a run record if the right trannies do it.

Please note I'm not talking about singular wacky speedrun exploit shit from a single run I'm specifically talking the shit I witnessed last time I checked in on games done quick where I had to tune out because of how fucking boring it was to watch.

ESA is fine, has a few more troons now, and is recovering from some drama, still worth a watch for european autism.
UKSG, BSG and NSG are all smaller scale european events that have more of that old GDQ feeling where it feels like a bunch of autists just playing games with a few donations here and there.
RTAinJapan if you're a weeb or only care about the gameplay, but I feel its incredibly soulless due to how weird japs are. Helps if you speak moonrunes.
ASM is the Australian event, a bit cucked to due to being Australian but not as bad as GDQ and more low budget
