I feel like the defenders could take advantage of that situation rather easily. As long as that team keeps super jumping to that spot, that's 0 time they're spending inking turf. You could have one defender inking their entire territory.
 
Lots of Salmon Run news.
There's a new king salmonid and the next big run will have a trophy of him as the reward.

All of the old Grizzco gear from Splatoon 2 will be in the shop and you buy then with scales, including the old uniform with new color variants.

There's also a new mode coming where you play through five pre set waves with your friends to get a high score.

I think all of this stuff is pretty cool and I'm hyped for the next big run. Hopefully you can play the new mode with randos because I have no friends who play this game.
 
Can't even play tableturf with random players? Honestly the pool system seems to have a really convoluted design, this game's UI in general has always been so obtuse. With that said, I like the new weapon sets that have been introduced to this update. I'm all about the blaster/curling bomb combo.

New map is nice. It's like a less shitty wahoo world (worst map imo). I'm definitely gonna be grinding for silver in the next big run.
 
Super hyped for big run and now I gotta grind for more silver scales for all the new figures and stickers. I just bought the white slopsuit so I have none right now :( . Also it sucks that the new King Salmonid wasn't in the current rotation but whatever.

New stages are fun too, I really like the new desert one. I like how they adjusted a lot of the stages too, but I'll have to play on them longer to see if they actually do anything.
New kits seem cool too but I'll probably only use the NZAP one.
 
I really love the new Charger kit. It's a lot easier to play aggressively. I still have no idea how to play triple inkstrike effectively
 
Deco 96. gal is so much fun, I really love playing around with Krakken too.
 
Connection to the servers became complete shit for me after the update dropped, I was trying to grind for money to pick up some gear I ordered and it took three times as along as it should have since I kept being disconnected over and over despite having a stable internet connection, both from Turf War and Salmon Run.

Got to play on the new desert map once or twice though and it's pretty fun.
 
Really not fond of Inkblot Big Run, worse than Wahoo World in every way. It gets so cramped so quickly. After one hour, I went from VP to Prof+2 and there's no way I'll be getting my rank back until Big Run is over, so my high score will be 102. I got to fight Horrorboros a single time and we got wiped, so I think I'm done. I'll probably be on the upper end of Bronze. Can't wait for next Big Run when we're forced to play on Mahi-Mahi at high tide!
