Starfield - Bethesda's new space IP: will probably be full of fun and easily trackable bugs

How do you think Starfield will turn out?

"Making a stink" over what? That the mod has more edge than a polished sphere, unlike the rest of the game?
Apparently this mod creator is a big deal? Something about the creator making some settlement mod for Fallout 4 so anything this mod should be a big deal.

I also saw a few people claiming some Bards College mod they *sold* on Creation Club was one of the only CC contents worth a damn too, but like no fucking idea on that for me because I don't pay for mods and I don't play Skyrim to sing.

Yeah, Kinggath made the Sim Settlements mods, which apparently makes the settlements in Fallout 4 worth playing (I can never get very far in FO4, I'm not a fan of post apocalyptic games).

He also made the East Empire Expansion for Skyrim. I have it due to having a lot of (free) Bethesda dollarydoos saved up. I haven't played it yet as I'm on a sabbatical from Skyrim, but it's probably good quality.

Just wanna say, The person that made up the name "Starborn" needs to get kicked in the balls (cunt) so hard to the point of sterilization. It sounds like something a 12 year old came up with to name his OC on DeviantArt after playing skyrim for over 2000 hours like Todd wanted.
I have no proof, but I am %99 sure it was Emil. It just seems like an Emil thing to do (rehash better ideas from previous games)

In case you didn't know, Emil's initial idea for the Fallout 4 protag was the Radborn. With radiation powers. Like shooting radiation out your hands to make people flop around instead of fus ro dah.

Turns out Todd is in fact capable of saying no when he wants to.

Preston Garvey, stop telling me a settlement needs my help, it makes me angry. You wouldn't like it when I'm angry.
Good lord how was Preston even allowed into the game the way he was written? "Here's this faction I've been leading around like an idiot. Also I'm incompetent, useless, can't do anything, it's all on you, also [endless list of radiant quests about killing a few raiders]."

Hasn't this been how all factions are written since Skyrim?

Before NG+ it was a way for Todd to claim that the game never ends and the quests are endless. As soon as I pay Delvin to build a new sanctuary I run out the door and ignore the dead bitch. No fucking way I'm going to fucking DAWNSTAR more than once. What a shit town. And why has no one made a mod where if you're the guild master of the Thieves Guild you can tell Delvin to build the sanctuary for free or you'll cut his little Breton balls off?

So, Radioactive Man but not necessarily evil?

There is not a react or even words strong enough to express how I feel, so here's a gif of Squidward.

….. how the fuck is someone that stupid?
Radborn?! Who the fuck comes up with this shit?!

He also had a big hand in improving the script engine along with the script extender team when Sim Settlements hit the absolute limit of what that was capable of. They did a fuckton of testing with volunteers and presented to solution they found to the script guy at Bethesda. The script guy. Singular.

Sim Settlements as also actually cool and good and they have their own fully voiced story line with lots of NPC and shit to do and it's pretty alright, which is so far beyond the base game's story it's not even funny. They overreached with chapter 3 though.

Only a self-proclaimed "media literacy professor of reddit university" could shoot down the idea of literally the coolest concept of a fallout playable character.
I guarantee the reason Todd would shoot it down isn't because he didn't like the idea, but because they didn't have time to figure out how to make playable Ghouls/Super Mutants in the engine.

Honestly, Starfield feels like a testament to all of those "We didn't do it cause it'd take too long in the engine" excuses. They decided to make Space Flight and it took them a fucking decade and it was all they did and they barely got it out the door.

Sure, but at least the Companions made you play through some quests first before they handed the guild over to you. With Preston, you just show up and he hands you power armor and a new faction. And he's next door to your starting location, and the game points you straight at him the moment you leave the vault.
