I can't understand rare. I like medium rare but rare or bleu just feels like a rock in your stomach.What's with the amount of absolute seething autists in this thread that can't help but throw pissfits that people might like their meat/bread/coffee made differently than them?
You’re right and anyone who gets autistic about that shit deserves to be mocked. I will say one thing though: if you like your steak well done, don’t throw your money away on more expensive cuts of meat. At that rate, basically any cut will do13A but there's literally nothing wrong with preferring your steak well-done, we all have different tastes.
Yeah, raw meat just sits in your gut like lead so if you're going to have anything raw you want mince on a cracker or some shavings of liver or a little European-looking fancy blue steak, not a thick honking American cut. It's probably an acquired taste too, I grew up taking hunter's trophies so anything past medium-rare just seems sad and tasteless to me.I can't understand rare.
