isn't Sangled one of the people to make those animatics that ended up being very popular? If so, what the fuck?Sigh, they've crawled out of their caves to bitch about a kids show again.
Classing ass-reaching to call things fetishism/microaggressions/desexualization (wtf even is that)
This hoe ain't even black, yet she's obsessed with Bismuth's "black-codedness" and "oppression"
You know they're exceptional when they go off about their right to kill their oppressors or some insane shit
Calling someone "fucking stupid" is ableist?? What even???? What??
The irony is that her reaction image comes off more as "ableist" with a condescending kid tone than nerdbeast supposedly did.
And of course her ocs look like what you'd expect tumblr ocs to look like
"Spectrum Squad" just about sums up tumblr.
This the kind of thing I'm talking about. There's plenty of real complaints to be had about how Steven Universe handles the arcs of its antagonists: mostly by slapping on a last minute reveal or Steven pulling a new power out of his ass that makes it so that it was all just One Big Misunderstanding and everyone skips off on their merry way while all the shitty things they did turn into a massive elephant in the room as they go on unaddressed. Hell, there's arguably in an argument to made that SU's sloppy handling of conflicts kinda skews its own message from a generic Power of Friendship theme to "no matter how much of an asshole someone is, just keep crawling back and eventually they'll see the error of their ways" which can leave a bad taste in your mouth on top of being dissatisfied. But no, instead they gotta skew this as how Rebecca Sugar has some secret agenda against their waifu and that disagreements are ableism... somehow.Sigh, they've crawled out of their caves to bitch about a kids show again.

all of those idiots made me not wanna watch the show, that and the show in general is tripe anywaysman, I used to like this show. The severe autism and virtue signalling radiating from it after a while chased me away.

this is gonna be the MLP movie all over again

The thing that stuck out to me about the whole wedding arc was how out of place it was given the recent events of the show. SU's had a very long history of having their "bombs" be 60% farting about with anything that could be considered real development being crammed in at the ends, but this is probably the most recent & egregious example of it. Instead of being about how the Pink Diamond revelation has effected Steven's perspective and what that means for how he'll handle conflicts going forward, or even of the many other conflicts that have been stuck on the back burner forever, it gets completely derailed by a wedding plot that had no pretense to show up at this point in the story nor does it really tie in to what's thematically.I don't know whats happening anymore but the gay marriage rocks sounds like pointless pandering. Like a generally boring side-plot and :powerlevel:Every-time I hear about what this show is doing my eyes glaze over because it sound so boring and safe. Like smol safe huggies in the safe space.I'm gay. I don't have any desire to be constantly validated by a children's cartoon and frankly I don't think most kids care nowadays.
I just don't care about it that much anymore. Kind of a shame, had some good ideas. Loved the background art, tolerated the weird character design. It was alright.
This sperging is incredible though. You'd think they were criticizing some great, controversial work of art that's going to change the world, a troubled genius's magnum opus that historians and philosophers will theorize about for generations. I wish they dedicated some of this time bringing attention to actual lgbt issues like domestic abuse and actually help people.
So Cartoon Network shot down the idea of making an Adventure Time movie when the show was at the peak of its popularity, shot down An Amazing World of Gumball made for TV movie, but now decided to give Steven Universe of all shows a movie? Teen Titans Go, as mind numbingly terribe as it is, I could at least understand, but this?
Honestly with the amount of nitpicking that goes SU critical people put into every little detail, it's a wonder that anyone makes fanart for this show at all.The SU Critical tag is some concentrated autism. Imagine being such an exceptional individual irl you try so hard to look for racism in a kids show. Some of the angry criticals even admit they're white.

Between them and the SU fandom I still consider them the lesser of the autistic tards.these people are legitimately terrifying.
To be honest I don't think there's really much of a difference between the regular SU fantards and the SU criticals. They're both congregations of spiteful, bitter people who wield social justice buzzwords like a sledgehammer just so they can feel like they're on a high horse for an eighth of a second before going back to being miserable cunts.Between them and the SU fandom I still consider them the lesser of the autistic tards.
I dunno. Yeah, they're cringey tards getting salty about a kids cartoon, but the fandom is so autistic and pants-shittingly dumb that bronies look good by comparison. To be honest I don't think there's really much of a difference between the regular SU fantards and the SU criticals. The only true difference seems that SU fantards tear into each other over shipping bs and fan art that doesn't conform to a specific set of standards while SU critards go after the show directly.
What a cunt. She does and she writes all the songs for the show.
