Not satisfied with running down small children, cybertrucks are now turning to knife crime.

Our hero receives the call to action. Little does he know the fate that awaits him...

Ominous words.

The truck arrives. It immediately starts falling apart.

It says a lot that the other notable stainless steel product spewed from the mind of a drug-addled madman, the fucking DeLorean, has a better build quality than this piece of shit.

So the assholes just don't bother to finish the edges on the metal panels?

Nah. Just leave it nice and sharp. Not like kids run their hands on the family car or anything.

What a bunch of dicks. Then these guys simp for it.
There are Chinese drone parts like carbon fiber arms and motor mounts made with more refinement than the Cybertruck. Machined edge are nice and beveled and deburred on all the parts I've handled.

Don't care 'bout Tesla, too afraid to drive by myself in bongistan anyway, but...
Gentlemen, I'm just tired with all the shilling. Everywhere. Concerning everything.
Everything is political, everything is oppressive, everything is a glownigger psyop, my fuckin' chippies were cold because of Lord Vivec, praise His Name, n I can't even complain 'bout taters cuz IRA blew up a car at the same street 30 years ago so now they can't afford the oil.

I wish I was a Negro and couldn't read.

The fucking DeLorean was made in an explosives factory in Belfast to really hammer it home here

I watched some videos about the cybertruck and I want to punch any fucker who talks on steer by wire as something innovative or new.

It's basically having a ps2 control your car, except a ps2 controller is probably less laggy. There is literally no advantages to using steer by wire besides saving corporate some money. It's less safe, more error prone, has lag, less responsive, and probably other horrifying shit.

Nobody even needs this steer by wire gimmick anyway. It's called having spacial awareness and learning how to drive a heavy vehicle. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary.

The one single thing I liked about EVs was when somebody jailbroke a Tesla awhile back. I like that kind of shit, it's fun. And that's not even a compliment to the vehicle itself, just the actions of an individual. :story:

But yeah, I would never own one, along with any vehicle that has to "install updates."

I like cars that are built like Legos and are easy to do repairs and/or work on. So basically, not a Tesla.

I did mention the possibility of "electric kit cars" several pages back. Tesla's cars are also powered by Linux, which is copylefted software. I don't know if Tesla has fulfilled its part of the GNU license by releasing their fork of Linux online.

No joke I was driving on the freeway and saw a Tesla Model Y with a sticker that said "eat the rich" on the rear bumper. There were a bunch of other stickers too so I couldn't be sure if the driver was memeing or actually serious.

I've never heard of anyone being ironic or shitposty when they say "eat the rich."

It's safe to assume they're dead serious, and absolutely retarded.

Volvo's Chinese-built EVs have been making blunders lately, as the Volvo EX30's release will be delayed until 2025, due to the US's increased tariffs on Chinese EVs and Batteries, which means that Volvo had to change its plans and plans to build them in Belgium, which also means that the original $36k starting price will likely go up.

The other big news is that Volvo announced that newly built EX90s will not have certain features available on them at the start, and will be added later on via over-the-air updates. So car companies have now officially taken a page out of video game companies, and did the "just ship it, we'll fix it later" routine. And that's not even a first, given that some cars had to have features removed, when the chip shortages were a thing in the early 2020s, in addition to car companies implementing paid subscription for features, i.e. BMW's infamous heated seats being locked away behind a subscription paywall, and Tesla's "Standard Range" EVs software-locking part of the battery's capacity.

And the Cybertruck fuck-ups continue for Tesla, as they have been recalled again for two more issues, the first recall being that the trim can fall off, and the second that the windshield wipers can fail.

And I don't know why Hyundai decided to get inspiration from the Nissan Juke, out of all cars, when making it's Inster micro-EV:

Also, with EU threatening to increase tariffs on Chinese cars, will the Chinese auto makers just go "fuck it", and just mass dump their garbage EVs, inspite of the increased tariffs?
