Roe, states were at liberty to restrict abortion as they pleased. The consequence of
Roe was NOT that it had to be allowed, but that restrictions had to follow certain guidelines.
The draft is a very direct example of how the law can restrict "bodily autonomy"-- the point being that you don't have that by virtue of the law existing, and that's only halfway
Roe's concern (which is why it still allows for abortion restrictions).
