The British Summer of Discontent - The growing civil unrest of the native British population, sparked by the murder of 3 young girls in Southport

There's been a lot of this going around so maybe why:

Twitter is just getting bizarre thanks to the UK government's decision to amplify the fear culture.

This is not a winning strategy. Canada did this and reached for suspending the human rights charter—the Canadian Senate finally had to step in to stop it.

Bullet whizzing past Trump's skull caused the U-turn in the US.

UK has clearly not gotten the memo that this is extremely dumb.

There is no workable way to coddle and co-opt one side of a mob without getting burned. Democrats in the US did it with BLM for it to blow up in their faces.
Nah I highly doubt they would let Polish (Catholics in general) in. There are strand with in the UDA and to a lesser extent the UVF that are very racist and hate islam.
The LVF was a pretty racist organisation that had open connections with Combat 18.

Video doesn't show anything more than them running up. And I don't see that the people they were running towards were actually doing anything to invite being charged, either. Just seems a small group of people ambling around on the pavement. Seemed wholly preformative to me.

Regarding the perpetrator, Axel, I can confirm (trust me bro) that he was known to authorities locally, and his propensity for violence is also known. Far outside of his local community even.
It is of no surprise to anyone I know who is aware of Axel that he's done this.

Hundreds were arrested after the protests following Axel's attack but to my limited knowledge there haven't been many, if any, arrests following the Harehills riots in Leeds.
Far be it from me to suggest local British authorities are happy to punish one group of its population over another >_>

Many thanks for that, since update all my URL shares seem screwy, that's the price I pay for being on a phone I guess lol
No worries, and yeah, could tell from the mobile URL. If it's useful, with the mobile format you can just cut off everything after the question mark - that's tracking info I think.

Seems to be quieting down. I know some wanted a full revolution but that was just never going to happen so let's talk about what will. In the short term the 400 or so people arrested are going to to fucked by the courts and the government and police are going to push for more Orwellian nightmares, some of which they'll get.

In the long term however things are probably going to be different. Labour got something like 20% of the population to vote for them in the last election, that's a really bad number no matter how you cut it. The events of the last week or so combined with the next few years of upcoming incompetence will fuck Labour hard. Labour has no solution to the immigration problem, they aren't going to stop the boats, they aren't going to keep their promise for expanded infrastructure either. They will continue to let in millions of shitskins with little to no thought.

The sad thing is a lot of the immigrants/refuges have horrible lives here in the UK. They are packed like sardines into slum housing, surrounded by other shitskins to be abused by the biggest bully around. But the gov doesn't give a fuck about that. No, getting them here, voting Labour is the only goal because they know they've lost the white working class.

What I would like to see is the rest of the world continue to shit on Keir and his gay ass government on Twitter. It's really funny to see these limp dicked cock suckers seethe impotently at foreigners shitting on the UK from the safety of their homes. So please carry on.

A random question but what's with the dichotomy between UK Sky News and Australia Sky News?

On seems to be the video wing of The Guardian and the other is similar to Fox News.

UK Sky News was sold to Comcast/NBC a few years ago whilst the Australian channel is still owned by News Corp.

OFCOM would also prevent any form of UK Fox News - GB News is probably the closest and I doubt they'll survive to the end of the decade in its current form.

Now there doxes around floating about immigration lawyers i see people are getting better organizing. Lemme put on the tiniest sad violin music for ya cunt.

This looks like a good time to resign and/or loot the armory and disappear
Bold of you to assume that there is anything in the armoury worth taking. They couldn't fire a missle without fucking it up due being ancient and not properly checked
LOL he's always been an opportunist Establishment wolf in sheep's clothing, and he's not changed his stance on 'benefit scroungers' either:

The amount of people spamming "VOTE REFORM 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧" in the election run-up was nothing short of horrifying - yea Farage has made much of stopping illegals, but FFS do you people not actually READ what else is in these people's manifestoes?
Nigger there are people in your neighborhood wanting you dead and your kids raped to death you think they care about benefits when all you want is fucking feral chimps wanting you dead to stop coming in your neighborhood.

Went looking for the Wigan man arrested before the riot kicked off in Southport and found nothing on him. Did find these two though, one of which is about a non-riot today and the other what they are charging people from the Southport one for.

Counter-protesters turned out in Wigan on Wednesday night (August 7) amid fears of disorder breaking out in the area. Holding banners and standing defiantly, the group arrived in a stance against any unrest.

Despite a police presence, and around 50 people congregating near to the Support for Wigan Arrivals site, where the far-right protest had initially planned, the scenes remained calm throughout the early evening.

A group of four counter-protesters were seen standing nearby with handmade signs, reading 'Wigan against muppets' and 'Gluten intolerant, racist intolerant'.

A number of police officers and vehicles remained in the area at a distance in anticipation of possible scenes of unrest, that never materialised as first feared.

Large numbers of counter-protesters, many holding banners standing against racism, arrived in various locations to protect immigration offices that had been expected to be targeted.

It comes as police were understood to be preparing to respond to more than 100 planned protests and potentially around 30 more counter protests on Wednesday night, with gatherings anticipated in 41 of the 43 police force areas in England and Wales.

A police source told the PA news agency: “Today is probably going to be the busiest day of the week, into the evening. Tonight, we think it’s looking like a credible picture. We are preparing for activity across 41 forces.”

I'll give them this, those signs look hand made rather than mass produced

A Wigan man, who was among an angry mob outside a mosque in Southport, has today (August 6) admitted violent disorder.
Video footage was shown at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court in which Dylan Carey could be seen throwing a water bottle and kicking a police van.

The court heard that officers were deployed on July 30 in response to concerns about public disorder outside a mosque in St Luke’s Road.

The riot in Southport took place just hours after a peaceful vigil in memory of the three little girls stabbed to death at a Taylor Swift dance party

“They became aware of a large hostile crowd with approximately 200 people coming towards them,” said Joshua Sanderson-Kirk, prosecuting.

“Items were thrown towards the mosque. The crowd was chanting, ‘who the **** is Allah?’ and it was continuous. The crowd became more angry and several were shouting ‘why are you protecting them?’”

He said that officers had to back off because of the movement of people towards them.

Carey was identified from police body-worn camera footage and videos shared on social media and a police officer later recognised him from the footage at Southport railway station.

The 26-year-old, of Castle Hill Road, Hindley, was arrested and taken into custody, said the prosecutor.

When interviewed he said he had attended because his girlfriend had attended a vigil earlier to place flowers and light a candle.

He said he saw a Facebook post about a peaceful protest and he “attended in solidarity.”

He said he got more angry at the fact three girls had been murdered and became involved in the disorder. He accepted kicking the police vehicle and throwing a water bottle.”

The bearded defendant, who has no previous convictions and was wearing a black shirt and black jeans, pleaded guilty to violent disorder.

District Judge Timothy Boswell further remanded him in custody, after no bail application was made, until August 12 when he is to appear at the city’s crown court.
The judge told him: “There is a real prospect of an immediate custodial sentence.”
He nodded and blew a kiss to his supporters in the public gallery.
Going to be locked up for throwing a water bottle and kicking a car. Not really a lot you can add to that save for a reminder about the people attacking humans and pedos not seeing the inside of jail.
