They all are as the command structures are still in place, they're still quietly recruiting and have access to weapons.
The UVF has a central command structure and apart from the split with its East Belfast Battalion (Due to the Easts involvement with drugs) is a very potent and deadly organisation if their hand is ever forced. Its close ally however the Red Hand Commando is a ageing organisation committed to peace and on its way out.
The UDA due to it's federal nature is now a very fractured organisation with the South East Antrim and West Belfast brigades essentially just crime gangs involved heavily in drugs. The South Belfast and East Belfast Brigades are bought off with peace money and the North Belfast brigade is pretty much defunct due to infighting.
The North Antrim, Derry and Tyrone Brigade of the UDA is easily the most militant, racist, sectarian and dangerous as they where the only anti Good Friday agreement UDA brigade and the only brigade that never decommissioned a single weapon. They anti drugs and are still involved in community policing targeting anti social behaviour and drug dealers, They crucified someone with a nail gun a few months ago.

They certainly are... I've seen a lot of Sikhs speaking out, and the Hindu guy who owns our local garage (top man who moved here years ago, works hard and is totally integrated) is very much on our side

What you are seeing isn't a collapse or some well planned color revolution where the protesters are all organized to cover for a regime change. What you are actually seeing is the official start of sectarian violence as part of life in the Caliphate of Britain. Now every time there is a stabbing of peace or a sexual emergency you will see protests and riots like this. And it will only get worse.
Starmer's idea of arresting boomers and chavs over it is only gonna make it worse. It will mean people who get caught will have no incentive to hold back, because as part of the religion of Globalism they are satanic infidels and no matter how much they apologize they will never be accepted back.
My advice for any Britons would be to use this opportunity to network and build up a common identity and shared aims. Make pamphlets with the truths of the state of mass immigration and the reality of the two tiers of policing. Posters and murals too. Remind people often of the grooming gangs and petty crime that the migrants and Islamists are allowed to commit.
Rally around the flag and use it as a symbol. Take a page off the footie people and make sure to build up that camaraderie. Consider using patriotic music when marching and making your demands heard, "There will Always be an England" and "Rule Britannia" both have very good tunes and lyrics that can work out but I also recommend reaching back further for "Britons Strike Home" as well.
Scottish and Welsh protesters should reach for their own local languages and songs. "Men of Harlech" in the original welsh is beyond perfect and needs no introduction. I suppose the English might also use it in the english version but that is up to you all.
