Making guns isn't difficult. Especially not with 3D printing and very basic handyman skills. But getting things to shoot out of them is. If you're really wanting a firearm then start up a hobby that requires one and get them legally. It's much easier to walk into a gun shop and buy 1,000 cartridges and own a double barrel for clay shooting than it is to figure out how your home made Uzi is going to fire a single round.

Ignorant people like to talk about how rare guns are and how difficult it is to get them but it isn't. There's hoops you have to jump through but a clean criminal record and a cabinet is basically all you need as long as you have a reason to own one. Which can be as simple as going clay shooting once a month if you want a shotgun.
