Well, I love the idea of meeting other people to possibly make a connection within a relaxed environment, but there's a major ethical concern about the bar.Picklepower said:I'm not gonna lie, that bar sounds rad.
The whole lining up young men and stripping them down while recording it thing. That seems a little, I dunno, like an invasion of privacy to some extent. Kind of like they're exploiting them. And even then, it's way too crazy for me to handle. Yes, I like men, I'm comfortable exploring my sexuality and exposing myself to new things, but it just seems kind of scary, being pushed into a situation like that.
I really don't have a problem at all with drag queens (didn't really ever have a problem with them ever at any point in my life), but the whole spitting a drink into someone else's mouth... yeah, no. It's just... well, gross. Call me crazy, but I'd rather just talk with a guy and see if there's a connection in a calm, controlled environment. I enjoy myself by kicking my shoes off, lying down, and watching television. I know not everyone is like me, but I guess what I'm trying to say here in the end is I never want to go somewhere like that where sexuality is emphasized so much. That includes strip clubs as well. The loud music, the cheering, the sirens, everything about it turns me off.
I guess I'm safe from places like these considering I have no interest in drinking at all and would have no reason to go to a bar. Still, it sounds so bizarre to me.
