I'm not gonna lie, that bar sounds rad.
Well, I love the idea of meeting other people to possibly make a connection within a relaxed environment, but there's a major ethical concern about the bar.

The whole lining up young men and stripping them down while recording it thing. That seems a little, I dunno, like an invasion of privacy to some extent. Kind of like they're exploiting them. And even then, it's way too crazy for me to handle. Yes, I like men, I'm comfortable exploring my sexuality and exposing myself to new things, but it just seems kind of scary, being pushed into a situation like that.

I really don't have a problem at all with drag queens (didn't really ever have a problem with them ever at any point in my life), but the whole spitting a drink into someone else's mouth... yeah, no. It's just... well, gross. Call me crazy, but I'd rather just talk with a guy and see if there's a connection in a calm, controlled environment. I enjoy myself by kicking my shoes off, lying down, and watching television. I know not everyone is like me, but I guess what I'm trying to say here in the end is I never want to go somewhere like that where sexuality is emphasized so much. That includes strip clubs as well. The loud music, the cheering, the sirens, everything about it turns me off.

I guess I'm safe from places like these considering I have no interest in drinking at all and would have no reason to go to a bar. Still, it sounds so bizarre to me.

You make a thread talking about sexist elements in a show, don't respond to one guy and boom, he accuses you of being some feminist crusader lady and you can't argue with him you're sexist (possibly bigoted too, because he mentioned he was Latino in his OP) against men.

Hear me out, I'm not sexist against men. I would've had a sex change if I was. And I didn't respond because I agreed with what he said (people can read sexism into anything). Sheesh.

I have to get a new charger for my laptop. I forked over 70 about 4-5 months ago for an universal charger, but now the cord is going to shit on it. Walmart has these cheap traveler chargers for pavilion models, so I'm going to try one of them.

I need a new battery for my laptop.

Mine finally died after like 7 years.

RIP in PEACE

Well, I just go back from Walmart. They don't stock adapters for the laptops they sell. What. The. Hell. I asked if I could order one, since I saw them on the Walmart website and they say no. I can't order from the store.

So then I go to The Source. They only have one type of adapter, the same one I bought 5 months ago. Clerk says that the break is a common problem because of it being twisted, so I could expect it again. Hundred bucks. Fuck that, I'm just going to get a prepaid credit card and get a $30 one of Amazon.

No way to order one straight from the manufacturer?

Got one for $15 on Ebay. It's just going to take a few weeks to arrive. I put 60 on the card, so I'm looking at other things I can buy. Have a Rider figurine coming from Hong Kong in about a month.

This whole time, I've been a medium hiding under XL shirts. Although if I gain more weight, I could probably start fitting into those shirts. I don't think I want to, though...

Yeah, the figurine is only about 8cm, but hey free shipping. Other than that, downloaded some of my favorite Doctor Who episodes and Terraria. Still got some to spend.

I'm debating downloading Wing Commander 4: The Price of Freedom. I used to go over to a friends and watch him play WC as a kid, but I have PS1 copy. Also doesn't help that the keyboard on my laptop doesn't have a number pad.

Dear lord, at the very last moment, some elements of my costume decided to shatter as I was attempting to repair a snap button. I'm basically throwing a fit over here.

Lately, when I've logged into Steam, it says that some of my games (about 1-4) aren't installed, even though I know perfectly well that they are, so I have to "reinstall" them, which does nothing but discover existing files, then the games become playable. But today, most of my Steam library was "uninstalled." The only games left were Deus Ex, Spiral Knights, Alien Swarm, Half-Life Deathmatch: Source, Construct 2, and Source Filmmaker, with a few others just needing to update to Steampipe. So I have to reinstall 66 games/apps that are already installed.

Didn't Steam have a similar unusual uninstalling bug going on a few months ago? I use a friend's account to play PC games like Lone Survivor, Outlast and Amnesia, and he told me that Steam had been randomly installing and uninstalling games. Hopefully it doesn't mess with any save files, because that would not be a very wonderful experience...

After throwing a tantrum like a small child, I managed to get my costume situation under control(I might have overreacted to an easy fix problem, really). I will just have to keep out crazy animu hair spikes until next year, when the costume will be far more perfected. Not a big deal now that I regulated my emotions and just relaxed.

There was once that I have to re-install Garry's Mod because of the SteamPipe update.

Sigh. This meant that I had to reinstall the mods.

Oh for fuck's sake, Steam is just "uninstalling" all the games I played the day before. I don't know why it did that to most of my game library yesterday, though.
