I'm very optimistic for the Vikings, even though it was only our first preseason game our draft picks look good so far. McCarthy, Turner, and Levi Rodriguez all played well. JJ made some great reads.

I'm already seeing people bitch that he threw a pick, but they're also neglecting the fact he had third stringers on offense. He had two TD's and a solid completion percentage. Just because someone threw one pick doesn't mean they're a useless QB lol.

It should've affected his draft stock, honestly.

I remember someone posted a vid of his vert at the combine and pointing out how he had almost no stability in his knee joints. Even if he didn't play like a maniac he was running on borrowed time.

The reason this didn't happen is because he had the media on his side. They were enamored with him for being a black QB as well due to his playing style. That and I think they also wanted a QB draft rivalry with Andrew Luck since it had been awhile since one of those had occurred.

Part of me does feel bad for him. He though doesn't seem to have gotten over it and is looking at people like Mahomes with a bit of jealousy.

Trey Lance has looked like shit so far. We’re heading back to the Dave Campo days if/when Dak leaves.

Dak is never going to win anything though. He always lights up decent and mediocre teams during the regular season, but as soon as he gets into the playoffs with real pressure, he disappears. He has done this every single post season he's played in. Like this past playoff game with the Packers. The defense took a shit so you would expect him to rise to the occasion and get into a shootout with Love but he just looked lost out there until garbage time when he knew they couldn't win so he started padding his box score to look like he wasn't completely dogshit that game.

The only time he's been interesting to me is when he's live reacting to the packers draft decisions (i.e. drafting Love or trading a pick to the lions so they can take Brian Branch etc.) Even though those decisions usually work out for them. It has nothing to do with bis personality though He's just the packers youtuber if it were literally anyone else it'd be more entertaining. He's not bad with other people but on his own he's just so bland.

I dont say this as an insult but he really should go back to being a middle school teacher he is perfectly milque toast enough to make a godtier teacher if he could keep his hands off the kids. (Not saying he's a pedo but like priests pedophilia is endemic to teaching.)
