I get the feeling they might not know what they're doing. For example, they claim their system would allow them to gain, "access to the various levels of intuitive knowledge which the universe offers", which seems like a bunch of buzzwords. It also says, "the entire body, based on its own micromotion, functions as a tuned vibrational system which transfers energy in a range of 6.8 and 7.5 Hertz into the earth's ionospheric cavity which itself resonates at about 7-7.5 Hertz." Are they trying to claim that motion in the body is transferred to the atmosphere where it resonates and somehow carries information? It also talks about generating a sound wave that resonates with an electrostatic field. Is that even possible? It refers to particles as, "oscillating energy grids". Are they talking about probability functions? In section 14 it seems to hypothesize that energy from the surroundings are perceived by the brain by electrostatic fields. Is this supposed to be mediated by probability functions? Also, wouldn't any signal from the surroundings be likely to be incoherent? Wouldn't this mean coherent brain activity wouldn't be helpful in detecting signals? Also, I haven't read the whole thing yet, but it seems like this might just be a different form of materialism that doesn't incorporate a form of free will.
With all that said, I wouldn't be surprised if the government has encountered demons because of this sort of thing, and that is the cause of much of the degeneracy we see today.
