From what I recall, she did nothing to try to defuse the situation, including telling them that she was a woman. She ended up being the only one to get arrested.

Because Christianity is the religion and cultural background to the people who told them "no". It's as simple as that.

It's their Christian or "Christian" mothers, fathers, and older family members who told them/hold beliefs that certain things are perverted, sinful, and degenerate. They want to believe in something and attach themselves to a belief system for whatever reason but also haven't gotten over "fuck you dad I don't want to go to Sunday school!"

A lot of people feel the need to have a spiritual life in whatever form that takes. Why is a different discussion. But because Christianity has been propped up as the Big Bad that dislikes you having fun, they reflexively despise it, even while choosing to be involved in similarly, if not more restrictive religions.

Also don't discount the sheer smug pleasure Atheism+ types get from believing themselves smarter than all the sheeple.

Apart from the usual pooner insanity, I find it intriguing that she's apparently fixated on Germanic neo-paganism despite coming from a Slavic background, since there's a whole rich Slavic pagan tradition to draw on if she wants to reject transphobic patriarchal Catholicism. OTOH, maybe she's trying to reject all traces of Polishness whatsoever? Or maybe Germanic paganism is just sexier to her because it gets more screen time, which would be in keeping with the thought processes of a perpetually online pooner. Kinda curious what any Polish kiwis think, if there are any here.

There was a news story awhile back where a self conscious (or fearful) pooner asked a campground manager which bathroom to use. He said to use the women’s. Pooner walks in the women’s bathroom and freaks out the women inside, causing them to raise their voices in alarm. Their menfolk heard the commotion, went in and grabbed the pooner, dragged her outside and and beat the shit out of her. When they realized that they were beating a female they stopped. Everyone involved (except maybe the pooner) was angry and indignant about the deception and horrified about the pooner getting beaten up.

I remember when that happened. It came out afterward that the pooner was "intoxicated" (not sure if weed or alcohol) and belligerent.

A transgender man camping in Ohio was arrested for disorderly conduct after he claims he was assaulted by a group of men for using the women's restroom on July 3.
Noah Ruiz, 20, told local Fox affiliate WXIX he was using the women's restroom at the Cross's Campground in Camden at the direction of the camp owner, Rick Cross, when a woman camper became very upset.
"She was like, 'No man should be in this bathroom. Like, if you're a man you need to use a man's bathroom,'" Ruiz told the outlet. "And I was like, 'I'm transgender. Like, I have woman body parts, and I was told to use this bathroom.'"



As he and his girlfriend left the bathroom, Ruiz said he was jumped by three large men who lifted him off the ground and choked him out, all the while using anti-LGBTQ+ slurs and threatening to kill him.
"They said, 'I'll kill you, you [expletive]," Noah recalled. "And I said, 'Dude, I'm not, I'm using the right bathroom. Rick Cross, the owner of this establishment, told me to use the bathroom. I'm following the rules.'"
Ruiz said the attack left him bruised with multiple cuts and gashes to his face, head, and body.

But when deputies from the Preble County Sheriff arrived on the scene, they arrested Ruiz rather than his alleged assailants.
"When they arrived, deputies weren't aware of an assault," Preble County Sheriff Michael Simpson told WXIX. "There was a large crowd gathering and Ruiz was highly intoxicated and was becoming belligerent."
Jennifer Ruiz, Noah's mother, admitted her son was upset when police arrived on the scene, but said he went into "defense mode" after the assault.
"No one was listening to him," she told WXIX. "So Noah did then get out of hand, and he admits to his part of getting out of hand, from screaming, yelling,"

Ruiz was later able to file an official assault report with the Preble County Sheriff, who is investigating the case to determine if charges will be filed against the three men Ruiz claimed attacked him. Their first order of business is identifying the men allegedly responsible for the assault.
Both mother and son made clear they expect justice to be served in this case.
"I feel like something does need to be done to the people who hit him, and the police need to take charges against them for hitting him," Jennifer Ruiz said.

Oddly enough, from what I could tell the men who beat her up were never identified or charged. Maybe the story continued on her Xitter (or in OH court docs) but everywhere else online the initial tale was told and then dropped. No further follow up anywhere. Too much of a complicated mess and an unsympathetic protagonist would be my guess.

I see a few possible reasons:
- This is just what she saw on TikTok and downloaded to her brain as a new personality replacement (most likely)
- A lot of slavic people (in Poland it's really evident) have an inferiority complex and see their culture as worse/less interesting
- Slavic paganism groups in Poland are often dominated by weirdos from the far right side of the political spectrum, maybe she saw that and it turned her off

ETA: I remember an anecdote my friend told me a while ago. She's lurking in a few polish pagan/witchcraft group. I don't know much about those practices but from what I gathered there are differences for male and female believers, like rituals or functions you are allowed to perform, etc. One day some nonbinary chick joined the group and started attention whoring by asking if she can practice in a "male way" since she's trans. They told her her essence is and always will be female and she can't trick the spirits by dressing differently. I think she left after that.

There's nothing quite like those small details that help provide a full picture.

I took a quick look at her Xitter (mexican_pothead). It's thin and vague, and she stopped posting about a year ago, but it appears that most of the charges against her were dropped and she just had a disorderly conduct charge to deal with. She said that they did charge one of the men who beat her up, and that he had a court date, (and local connections that protected him supposedly) but no further details were provided.

There may be more info elsewhere, because like every other tranny on the planet she has accounts on practically every social media imaginable. (Except not Reddit?)
