Idk why but she looks more feminine in her post T photo (the one on the right I assume) than her pre T photo. Maybe I just see bold lipstick as a masculine thing now after seeing it slathered on so many troons.
Also unless she just got the same dye job twice, her hair grows out miserably slow for 6 months to have passed.

The one on the right is definitely her post-T photo; she's had more tattoo work done and her hair is thinning. I think the reason she looks more feminine is that she lost weight and so lost some of the "androgynous blob" look. As for the hair, she seems to fastidiously keep up with her cut and color.

See, the above look would have suited her really well, as she was one of those women in which her facial structure lent itself to shorter but very feminine hairstyles.
It is amazing how quickly testosterone ages pooners when they go on it, as she is already getting wrinkles and her skin is starting to sag on her face.
The thing is, if you start taking cross-sex hormones, your endocrine system has no idea what to actually do with them as your biology is not set up to even utilize that much testosterone or estrogen properly and it just results in a mixture of the uncanny valley and nightmarish health problems.
