I'm told that The Witcher is considered one the popular/great works in Poland, which, ehh, but it would make sense that CDPR would want to be faithful to the series 20 years ago, before the Great Faggotization of the country.

Why does anyone like UE5? Apart from running like ass and every UE5 game being 150+GB because it's so bloated with nonsense it doesn't even look good.

UE5 games have that weird Frostbite thing where everything has a sheen or gloss to it and terrible anti aliasing.

It genuinely blackpills me that UE5 has become the industry standard.

It looks around as good as witcher 3, a 10 year old game, but somehow blurrier, and it will probably be 10x the size (in bytes).
Knowing CDPR it will probably take 3-4 years until it comes out anyways, so no one shouldn't bother thinking about it.

Yes, they did. They probably wanted to make her sound more mature or some shit. But she sounds way worse.

The Witcher doesn't even really do morally grey choices, at least 3 certainly doesn't. Its usually an obviously correct choice, then a retarded choice that gets you a bad outcome.

It does, which begs the question of why they bothered switching from Redengine.

I'll be this runs like complex ass on a 4090 though even though Witcher 3 ran just fine on like a 1080.

The scholarization of video games.
As most upcoming developers get trained with Unreal Engine in their faculties, most bigger studios change to that to not have to retrain new hires.
It also symbolizes the brain drain of said studios and the husks they are becoming.
