In a civil case it isn't "beyond any reasonable doubt" it's "most likely based on a preponderance of the evidence" i.e 51% sure. Most people are 51% sure it's him on WWEC.Well, think about it like a court case. You all are the plaintiff's, and DSP is the defendant. You are putting the burden of proof on DSP to prove he is not the same person. But that is not a good argument as to why he IS that person. It would be like saying "This person committed a crime! How do I know? Well, do you have proof he DID NOT do it?" Also, the second argument you brought up frankly does not support anything. I have never been in the same room as Obama at the same time, thus am I Obama? DSP streams a lot, is the claim really that he streams all day then spends all night on a mobile game? When does he sleep?
As to why the WWE guy did not disprove it, again why is the burden of proof on him? If anything, he probably wants to be kept anonymous. I would not want to show my picture online in a mobile game. But I do agree that a discord conversation with voice would be easy to do should the WWE guy choose to do it.
