watching the video with the hippie you can’t even say that the guy was “refusing to listen” tho, aside from disobeying the posted signs. The castle staff seemed genuinely curious as to why he was there and how he got in, and the guy left when he was asked. No one even raised their voice. Even if it were legal I can’t image the shitstorm it would create if they shot him.

To be fair that's essentially getting fired for not being vaccinated. Sure, you're not being fired because you're not vaccinated, you're being fired because you can't perform your job function as you're not allowed in this building, but you're only not being allowed in this building because you're not vaccinated.

Tim is being a dickhead in this video and shows how little he knows. The weird hippie who got into the house was waved in by his IT guy, maybe mistakenly but he was allowed in and then Tim's brother asked the guy if he had a card or something, it's weird and stalker like but doesn't warrant the guy going to jail.
The way he talks about the DDoS is also weird, as they don't need a ton of private info to generate an attack, and maybe I'm just not familiar with it but is a gigabit attack really that outlandish for DDoS? It just sounds like what the farms gets regularly.
Edit: I think it's also important to note how mad Tim gets about things, a real CEO doesn't get this butt hurt over things like DDoS. Yes, it sucks and it's a massive pain, but you're a business, bad shit happens all the time. The important thing is to keep calm in the long run even if you're angry when it's first happening and figure out long term solutions.
