Suicide Squad made a big profit and people will watch any Joker related stuff even if it is Jared Leto doing it - there's no reason for Warner Brothers NOT to go for something like this from a purely commercial standpoint.
What fucking franchise does Tony imagine can come out of the Wonder Woman film, it's a character nobody knows much about and she has no well-known villains either.

This always annoys me a bit, because so many Hollywood media fools, including Greg Rukka the idiot writer of Wonder Woman these days miss a critical element of Wonder Woman and in particular her origin story. Wonder Woman is not and never has been "bi-sexual". She's the closeted straight girl raised in a society of lesbians. The moment that she discovers that "penis's" exist she lies cheats and steals to get the hell off of Paradise Island to go experience "Man's World". This is right there is every version of her origin, including the recent movie. Yet somehow they ignore it. Wonder Woman is a "coming out story" but is framed in reverse.

In regards to Tony not understanding movie studios using a popular and well known character in films to make money...I mean, look at who is doing the bitching. Tony's a jobless manchild who has lived off his parents earnings for his whole life. He's never had to earn for himself to make a living. Of course he doesn't understand movie studios making films that will appeal to a broader audience to make a profit. He's a spoiled manbaby who expects the studios to make films that appeal to HIM.

"We outnumber them"...um, apparently not, since President Trump beat Hillary Clinton. Trump won because people are sick of morons like Tony. Hell, even between three and five million illegal immigrants padding out Clinton's votes couldn't beat President Trump. She literally cheated SEVERAL WAYS, and still lost to Donald Trump. Just because you live your life in an echo chamber like Twitter and read nothing but like-minded Tweets, doesn't mean the rest of society agrees with you. I guess Tony never heard of "the silent majority".
Edit: Forgot to mention that it's also really easy to believe that you're in the majority when you've surrounded yourself with sycophantic yes-people and block anyone who has a differing opinion, discounting them as "haters, randos, and Nazis".
