Two theories: 1) He's genuinely dumb enough to not realize that CA is a sinking ship and thinks he'll somehow benefit by staying on, or 2) he's deeply embedded in that whole behind-the-scenes clique and doesn't care as long as his buddies make him feel important enough to be included in their little circle.
Either way he's a hypocrite, but its not like that wasn't obvious already.

Honestly, even if CA is a sinking ship why should Tony leave? Unlike Linkara, it's not like Tony's career can go any farther. Whether he stays or leaves his career is going to stay the same. He might as well stay so he can continuing M-I-L-K-I-N-G CA for all it's worth while the opportunity lasts (even if it is barely anything).

Gotta love when Skidmark's true Jew colors come out. Oh, he'll harp on until he is blue in the face about Social Justice and how women are oppressed, objectified, mistreated etc., but when former female members of the company he "works" for come forward with their stories about how they were mistreated, objectified, and oppressed then he makes excuses and fails to do the right thing. Typical of someone like Tony to play the "Do as I say, not as I do" card. What a sleaze.

What's even the point of staying anymore? How good can the money be from CA anymore? Fuck, he doesn't even need the cash, he's a trust fund kid. Has Tony actually got enough self-awareness to realize he's likely not gonna be signed onto another network if he leaves CA?

I'm inclined to think this recent twitter spew is merely a gambit to get more exposure and play Linkara's "i'm trying to fix the system from within" card. Honestly probably the best he can do in this scenario - If Channel Awesome fires him then he looks like a victim and can shit talk them all he wants.

Last month a lot of ex-CA producers got together on Twitter and began talking about how poorly CA was managed. In general, a lack of communication from CEO Mike Michaud and Michaud being a complete bastard to his employees has resulting in a lot of bad blood. After this a whole lot of producers left. A week ago they released a Google Doc that had all of their grievances and listed a lot of the shit Michaud had done. As it stands, the site is rapidly losing subscribers and producers, with Skidmark here being one of the last of the rats.
