In those leaked chats you can see that Mango is doing exactly the same as described in those court docs: He creates a username that contains the victim's address, he joins
the stream with that user and a bit later the streamer is swatted.
Note that the court doc was filed Sep 2022 and the chat leaks are from end of June 2023 - beginning of July 2023.

So I think it's safe to assume that both Cruzzcontrol and Mango didn't give a flying fuck about getting sued, they didn't show any remorse and just kept doing what they did before.
