What the fuck are you talking about? PC and Xbox 360, maybe PS3 as well would have been the target hardware for Rayman 4. I doubt The Wii would be able to run the game, so it would have to be a watered down port or a minigame compilation anyways. This was absolutely one of Ubisoft's worst ideas and you don't know what you're talking about, as usual. Rayman Legends, more specifically Ubisoft's attempt to capitalize on the Wii U, did not initially sell as expected. Which is why the decision to have it go multiplatform was made to make up lost sales.
I wish, Double Agent was such a wasted opportunity. That's why I was so excited for Conviction, hobo Sam forced to use social stealth in public without his gadgets was such a great way to innovate the gameplay and explore his character. Apparently, you would spend the entire game earning your gadgets back so by the end you would go back to using high-tech weapons and gear along with the trademark nightvision goggles anyways. But for the early game, it would be shoving cops around with chairs like a homeless schizo and it would be great.
