I was watching GTA: San Andreas parody videos, and I have to ask for all you gamers out there:

Who is the character on the left? I’ve seen him before and I used to joke that he looks like J.C. Denton.

If your computer can run it (it's a bit long in the tooth nowadays) and you don't mind FPSes, I highly suggest checking out Postal 2 on Steam. It's cheap and still so unlike pretty much any other game on the market save for its direct sequel Postal 4 (there was no postal 3 don't worry about it) with its open-world design and unapologetic crude humor. (Some of that humor was pretty topical and probably will go over zoomers' heads, like stuff about Mad Cow Disease and the Taliban, but it doesn't detract from the gameplay much.)

CLLLLLIP!!!!!

Well Scorn is out and from the gameplay videos, it seems it's a HR Giger walking simulator with some puzzles and loosely integrated shooting mechanics. Good timing for it come out 15 days before Halloween.

i cant be the only autist who watches CS? Rio Major started Monday and both Brazillian teams are facing 0-3 losses lmao

if you like zombie games the last stand aftermath is a good game you should play

If you want to fuck around go to r/ApexLegends and call the new legend Eclipse "he". They'll seethe and downvote the shit out of you.

My husband and I were looking for a spooky game we could both enjoy on Halloween night after trick-or-treating was over and settled on Inscryption, and I'm really impressed! It's difficult to pick games we both enjoy since I'm basically only into turn-based RPGs and card games whereas he mostly likes action RPGs that allow stealth and have skill trees, but we were lucky and found For the King and had been wanting more games that appeal to both of us and found that in Inscryption. We've been having fun passing the controller back and forth between runs and finding new ways to break the game once the kids are in bed.

We were initially a bit let down when Act 1 ended because the style and gameplay were amazing, but I found that I enjoyed all the acts as much as the last for different reasons. I had been a bit burnt out on Slay the Spire, even with the Downfall mod, so it's great to have another game that scratches the same itch whilst maintaining its own identity. Really, really happy we discovered it even though we're super late to the party!

Have you ever played RE4 and said this to yourself? "Fuck! All of this action-packed gameplay is getting the way of that sweet item management!" If yes, then I have the game for you, Save Room. It came out 3 month ago on Steam and will hit consoles on the 11th.
I thought that was Diablo? "Oh shit I have 99 unidentified items and but a scroll of identify ain't one"

I want to recommend Shadow of the Forbidden gods.
In it you play as a cult leader, trying to bring about the appocalypse. You need to amass a large number of assets before the final seal is broken and the physical manifistation of your choosen god comes into the world to end it or consume it.
The game playes like a complicated board game, which I like. You send your agents on a whole slew of different tasks- from turning a farming community into a cult and driving knights insane, to assasinating kings and organizing orc raids. The semi end-goal (the end end-goal, of course, is the end of the world) here is to spread as much "Shadow" as possible- basically its a corrupting presence that grows over time with your help and turns everyone into lethargic depressed messes.
Its very easy to get into, but very hard to play confindently. The opposing team consists of different heroes who are not aware of you and your goals at the start. But there is a "Chosen one" out there. This fucker is plotting and acting to bring down what you've created.
What I personaly like is the sheer amount of ways you can influence the world. Cause a famine, instigate violent uprisings, spread false believes, turn religions into YOUR worshipers, create your own Dark Empire etc. etc. etc.
I've been playing it for 3 days after work now and I cant stop.
Oh and an artstyle is a mix of public domain paintings and commissions. Commissions can be so-so, but overall the style looks good.

I enjoyed A Plague Tale, but fuck me if Requiem isn't squandering that good will. I want to strangle the protagonists and move on with my life.

I just saw the most retarded take on videogame devving on youtube watching a dude talk about victoria 3, more or less to the tune of "aren't we lucky we get to help the devs create a game?" I hope he was paid by paradox for that spicy take because if he wasn't and people do really think that I'd be happy getting a cyanide IV. We've gone from free helpers to paying for the privilege of fixing it.

WOAOEUH DOOD I SURE LOVE GAMING NOW BRO
