Western Animation - Discuss American, Canadian, and European cartoons here (or just bitch about wokeshit, I guess)

The double entendre was 100% intended, it means exactly as it says.

(and I'm fairly certain courses like that exist irl)
Maybe I'm too 🌈 I know there's course about being LGBT throughout the ages but focusing only on bisexual people, the most common and arguably milquetoast part of the community feel a little too ridiculous to be true or at least a main subject. Luz taking classes about the history of diet gays is hilarious to the point of parody to me.

How can you forget that he's a cat?
I know Garfield supposed to be a cat. But with the walking upright, the human-like teeth (sometimes), the non-cat eyes, the talking (telepathically?), the lasagna eating?

It's almost like Garfield is some kind of fuzzy alien, kind of like ALF.

It was intentionally designed as such. It's the suspension of disbelief

Is American Animation fucking doomed? I haven't watch a single cartoon in 3 years, my tastes have changed entirely to Anime.
The party line on /co/ seems to be that there hasn't been a truly worthwhile western cartoon since Over The Garden Wall in 2014. There's a few people shilling Hilda, but while it's alright, it never managed to really take off for me and Season 3 felt pretty extraneous. Personally I'm still hung up over Star Vs having some awesome stuff going for it in Season 2 and then completely fumbling it all over the course of the next two seasons.
