What are some kiwifarms user red flags?

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
People who complain about the source of a link or video without addressing the content of said link or video, because you know they're not willing to discuss the topic in good faith.

People who turn threads into hivemind hugboxes and lose their shit over even the mildest criticism or disagreement over their favorite subject.

Joo posters, not because they're necessarily wrong, but because they're so goddamned tiresome. JFC get another hobby instead of joo-posting on every thread, for real.

You can, you are just retarded haven’t been taught how yet.

Right click on the reaction, and click open in new tab. The link that you open will have a specified reaction ID in it, a number in the single or double digits. If you change the ID number in the link and refresh the page, you can then apply the reaction of the ID you applied.

You can learn the reaction ID by fucking around with them on non-profile posts. I would do it but its difficult to do it on a phone, which, for the time being, is where my KF access is relegated to.

KF red flags:
Never adding anything to the conversation, not going against the grain, not archiving, and sucking Null’s dick like he’s some sort of god. Membership here should entail a bare minimum of research and archival skills, and non-reddit, non-parasocial behavior. A level of independence to not follow the crowds, even here, regardless of how fun it may be, is a plus. I admire Kiwis that are willing to say some shit no one will agree with if they’re willing to defend what they have to say.
I forgot one more: hornyposting/sharing overly intimate details about your sex life. Pull yourself the fuck together, man. This is not discord. This is not reddit. I don’t want to know if you want to fuck Binx or Tulsi Gabbard or Snorlax, I don’t care what gets your dick hard. Information regarding a stranger’s state of arousal is the lowest value information there is to intake, and I don’t fucking care.

When they put the lolcow in the pfp
A-logs abound

I actually kind of admire it. Its so repulsive that I have respect for it.

This one in particular, since it's the raison d'être of the forum.
I've noticed that there are really four main reasons why people join Kiwi Farms.

First, there's the obvious. Most people who end up becoming regular users and remain part of the community for several years without making a nuisance of themselves come here because they've got an interest in lolcows. The reasons for that can vary and it might start out as a desire to join in the conversation about a single favorite cow or a general interest in Internet drama, but it usually evolves over time into talking about a particular kind of lolcow more often than others. If it doesn't start doing that after a month or so, that's a red flag in itself, because posting equally in every active thread seems more like a desire to be part of something rather than genuine interest, and that isn't likely to result in substantive contributions. It's usually a result of someone being here for all the wrong reasons.

Then, there are some people who join solely because this is a relatively uncensored forum with a much less toxic subculture than most imageboards. I remember reading an article that hyperfocused on the warning message at sign-up and turned that into "everyone's terrified of each other and knows they'll go from users to targets if anyone catches so much as a whiff of weakness". In reality, though, that's only true if a user is so ridiculously obnoxious that community self-policing shifts from just trying to keep them in line to recognizing that they're obviously and spectacularly fucked in the head. It's a part of why this forum is welcoming to the majority of users, but to participate in that forum culture, you really have to add something to it. People who just want uncensored content usually don't, because they're almost always political spergs who have no idea why the site works the way it does.

Political spergs are just annoying, though. They might only ever post in the Thunderdome or general discussion, but they're relatively innocuous otherwise. The last two groups are where you run into the sort of people who rapidly get themselves Halal'd. The largest group are people who want to A-log or build a private army to harass someone they don't like. They're the people who either begin their time here by trying to make a thread about someone who very obviously isn't a lolcow, or consistently and obsessively discuss a single cow, including outside their own thread. The other are people who join because they believe the worst press coverage, and think that's a good thing. They're usually younger and range from simple edgelords, to the sort of people who raid forums with CSAM and participate in extortion rings. Needless to say, they earn their flamboyant Doritos and wear them with pride once they recognize that no, most of us aren't actually here to SWAT people, physically stalk teenagers to the point of suicide, or deliberately ruin the lives of tards who just respond hilariously to obvious ragebait. Although the latter category are very good at doing that themselves, our documentation just compiles their madness in one place where others can find it. Blaming KF for that is like blaming an encyclopedia for driving down IS recruitment by accurately sharing information about its real-world actions. Most of us are guilty of nothing more than being kind of Autistic about fascinating human behavior, and usually a cow has to be a truly awful person for that to go beyond documentation and mockery. If you want it to and decide to go on a forum dedicated to laughing at assholes and weirdos with the goal of recruiting gangstalkers for serious targeted harassment, then your actions will have natural consequences. Seeing us as terrible for that is like seeing a mountain as evil because some dumbass ignores avalanche warnings and decides to go skiing.

Basically every red flag anyone's listed is a sign that someone falls into those latter three categories. They're either annoying houseguests or they glow brighter than the fucking Sun, and you learn to recognize that quickly if you aren't one of them.

The biggest red flag I can think of is when someone posts an opinion that either the entire thread already agrees with or that only slightly differs from what everyone else is already saying and ends it with “you can give me top hats now”. The more they do it, the more likely it is that they’re a redditor

Another really obnoxious one is Europeans who seethe about America in every thread tangentially related to America

There are two types of kiwi farmers, the ones who come here for Lols and the ones who come here with an agenda, I won't merit any no true scotsman faggotry towards the agendafags since if you're actively participating in a website for a while and not being banned then you're essentially apart of the website. However, I'm fundamentally distrustful of people who take an interest in any topic here and the determining reason isn't Lols.

At least the Canadians that post here are aware that their country is a shithole with a Lolcow leader running it straight into the ground. Usually, Canadians also have the same smug and "superior" attitude and seethe about America in the same way.

In terms of leaders none of the Anglosphere have anything to brag about. The fact that Donald Trump is actually an improvement over the previous incumbent should embarrass the US just as much as the rest of us.

Basically if you try to say your shithole country is better than another poster's* you are either a liar or a retard.

This goes double for slavs.

*Unless the other poster is from India or the Philippines in which case your country probably is objectively better.

posting "anime avatars" as a punchline when it's already been posted 10000000000000000 times
shitting up a thread with unrelated memes about <insert edgy rightoid surrogate e-dad here>
