What are you playing right now?

Just bought the 2K Humble Bundle, so I'm finally playing Spec Ops: The Line.
Or at least I will be in a few hours. This wi-fi is slow incarnate.

This is how you know I'm bored.

Recently picked up a copy of Xenoblade Chronicles and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. Gonna dig into those as soon as I have the chance.

Yesterday I was talking with @snakesvsplanes about books, I brought up William Gibson, and she got me to download DOSbox and play the old Neuromancer RPG from Interplay. I have no idea how the game works at all, and I got arrested after about a minute of gameplay while trying to figure out how to talk so someone who may have been a prostitute, I'm genuinely not sure.

I'll do some reading up on the controls tomorrow, because it's supposed to be be a really good game, and I'm a massive Gibson sperg anyway, so I gotta play it.

Spec Ops: the Line just finished installing. I started almost four hours ago.
You never know how much you need LAN until it's gone.

I don't know why but on a whim I loaded up Space Harrier for 32X. Now I can't stop. Fuck off PS3 and PS4 it's Space Harrier time all day every day. Until this Monday at least.

I tried playing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon again. I finally got it into my head to take it slow and scout out the area. For the first time ever, I killed the first few enemies in the first mission. I worked my way up to the camp, losing only my sniper. My squad finally made it to the caves, where everyone but one support guy was massacred. I made my way into the cave, quickly offing every soldier I saw (two btw). Then I was shot by a damn ruskie and died immediately right as I turned a corner.

Kerbal Space Program just dropped the Reputation/Economy update, so I've been playing that. I'm at the Mun now with one slight problem. The lander legs were put on upside down, so we had to carefully land using the engine as a stand on the Mun. It of course broke off during landing and now Bill, Bob, and Jeb are stranded there. But we managed to plant the flag, so whatevs.

Spec Ops: The Line is pretty good so far. I'm only up to chapter 4, but the story is getting interesting. I kind of wish the gameplay was a little more unique, but I understand that they weren't trying to reinvent the wheel in that regard.

I've been playing HARDtime, an extreme prison simulator created by indie developer Mat Dickie. The graphics and controls are a bit crude, but despite that, it is an engaging and enjoyable game. And it has a better camera system than GTA IV.

Great buy. I have been playing Psychonauts, Metal Gear Rising Revengeace, Dungeons and Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, Double Dragon Neon, Criminal Girls: INVITATION, Gundam Breaker and Danganronpa, also Bravely Default.

I've also been learning Dota 2. Finally started trying it out after being a veteran League of Legends player (been playing since the beta so... Five-ish years?) and I'm pretty hooked.

Well I was playing through Persona 3 FES, but then my 5 year old PS3 almost literally sputtered and died on me.

Thankfully, my dad has a newer PS3 that he bought a while ago to play that one guitar game and never used it again afterwards. I won't be able to play my PS2 games, but most of my library consists of downloads anyway. So I guess it's not a total loss. Plus I was only about three hours into P3, so I should be able to get back to where I was eventually.

Then I remembered I can download PS1 games I already bought via the PS3 on the VITA. So now I re-downloaded Klonoa and Final Fantasy IX and am currently playing the former.

Fatal Frame 3. The game has a really stupid mechanic that starts in one of the later chapters - you basically have to find these candles that ward off evil energy. When they burn out, the main antagonist ghost has a high probability of appearing, and she will relentlessly pursue your ass until you either die or manage to find another candle. Shit sucks.
