Korean food is the best imo, especially tteokbokki. That sounds like a really good feast.Tonight I'm making a Korean feast. The bulgogi is marinating right now. I'll also make tteobokki (I use dashi instead of anchovy broth), and scallion pancakes.
I got my first Kitchenaid this week! I made some oatmeal bars for breakfast (oats, cranberries, honey, and eggs, let set in fridge then bake) and then made some bao dough that I'll be stuffing with sauteed mushrooms and cabbage. I like kneading some doughs by hand but I love this thing; they're really useful if you bake a lot and I'm excited to look at attachments for it.
