I think pretty much, stuff that's already happened to Chris would happen, it would just have happened a lot more slowly. I think Megan would stop being friends with Chris, I think Chris would eventually get depressed, and Chris probably would become a Tomgirl, but it'd be a lot slower pace than with the trolls. Chris probably would pretty much be "Classic Chris" at this point, the way we first saw him. He'd probably be less paranoid than he is now.

Chris would have no one to blame his shortcomings on, but he would be able to go to McDonald's without being suspicious of Burger King Troll-ployees.
 
He'd probably be in the same place. Less Sonichu comics because he only drew them to continue his e-fame after hanging them out didn't work. He'd be more able to get a job, but only ever tried to get one because of the troll girls. Maybe he'd be bugging real girls more in his stomping ground if he didn't have the Internet to date on.

Aside from counting the Animal Crossing videos, Chris Chan would do Let's Play's on any sonic game he has along with Little Big Planet since he has all the trophies for it. Really, if we see him do a Let's Play, we would be either be bored or entertained as we watch what he is doing in the game he is playing. Of course, since he would talk while he play's he would give us the usual words he would say, whether it is about himself or cursing the trolls.
 
If Tommy fcking Wiseau can do a series of "letsplays" then Chris certainly could. Sure he would need a heck of a lot of cues by someone else to avoid it being an absolute snoozefest but I think this would actually be rather promising.
 
It would either be the funniest LP ever, or the most boring LP ever.
 
I did a series of Let's Plays for crappy NES games back in "the day". The series got quite popular despite being absolute shit (in retrospect). So, Chris can absolutely develop a following, no matter how good or bad the quality is. If I had to guess what they'd consist of, I would expect countless unfavorable comparisons to Sonic and Pokemon.
