What if Chris had been adopted by hippie artists?

What if through a bizarre twist of fate, Chris had, right after his highschool graduation, been adopted by a couple of alternative-lifestyle hippie parents, who had moved with him to Amsterdam in order to live in a houseboat, yay free weed and work on their poetry and art projects that criticize capitalist/consumerist society?


(made that story up cuz currently I myself am dreaming of living in a houseboat, yay free weed and working on art projects. Not neccessarily cricizing consumerism though...)

Well, aside from living on a house boat, Chris would protest weed at first since it's like tobacky, but then he'd take his first shot at marijuana and would soon become a fan of it. His art would still be bad but his alternative hippie parents would praise it. The pickleman and the trolls would be evil capitalist while the sonichu's and rosechu's become liberal socialist/communist/whatever hippie parents are, setting back actual socialist/communist/whatever the hippie parents are by about 100 years.

He would have gotten treatment for his autism and perhaps given up vidya, gotten better at art and prepared for the real world. He would also get turned onto Belgian and French fruit-flavored beers like lambic, framboise and kriek.

Also: Lolsuits filed by the hippie parents.

In Chris's current environment, he didn't get treatment because his parents were ignorant, obstinate shitkickers. Would it be better or worse in this situation, then, that his hippie parents don't get him treatment because corporations, man?
 
Chris probably would not have even been allowed to go to begin with because of Barb's over-protectiveness. After all, she tried to file a missing person report when Chris went to Ohio during the Julie saga and she basically forbade him to go to MAGfest. Had he won the Parappa contest, either he would not have gone anyway or the Megan saga would have ended very differently.
 
I have a real problem in getting way too wrapped up with psychologically damaged individuals like they're on National Geographic or something. It's why I got into CWC in the first place. I feel bad for them, but I can't look away. And unlike CWC, most of these people seem to be more damaged than stupid.

They really should teach CWC and A-log some basic boxing moves and promote a fight. It would be an incredibly lulzy tard fight.
 
Well, I'm one happy guppy. In his recent Facebook post, Chris did watch My Little Pony Tales and would actually prefer G1 or G2 over Equestria Girls/FiM.

So by making Sweetheart stand out more means they just made her believe Teddy is just "misunderstood" and not "jackass who for some reason has a girlfriend.", thus having her stand out as someone who is oblivious to her boyfriend/crush/whatever Teddy' relationship is to douchebaggery, making her believe deepdown, he's a jerk with a heart of gold.

Perhaps. Maybe this is what Chris wants in a girlfriend. Someone who believes he's different than what everyone else perceives him to be is probably the main focus he desires.

Speaking of Teddy being a JERK, if someone made a dark parody of the relationship, they would make it more abusive, deconstructing Sweetheart's role and Teddy' as well.

Never said the relationship would be ideal in today's society, y'know. But, it's a relationship nonetheless, it's what Chris wants... or wanted. I don't know if he's still on his Love Quest, but this theory would explain the weird relationships and his perception in women with his characters in Sonichu (Especially in Bubbles and Angelica Sonichu's Bio.).

Still, I wonder if Chris could actually learn something from this MLP show if he bothered to watch and listen to whatever moral or aesop they threw out, even if it's one that would not work in real life.

If it's from his favorite brand, he'll avert his attention towards it, no matter what. Just like what he did with Sonic and My Little Pony recently.
 
I'd be more confused at the fact that he somehow made it to Canada, and given Chris' views of the world I'm not sure what he'd think of it. I'd let him say his piece, since I doubt it'd be anything harmful, but then I'd get out of there. Considering I'm a Boyfriend-Free Girl, I can't imagine the interaction between him and I would be very productive. Then again, I don't know how he acts around women now; I'm just going by the older sagas.
 
I wouldn't be surprised to find him in New York, we're in the same coast line.

If I met him, I'd probably give him a small art lesson or two.
 
How would things have been different if Chris and Sonichu had first been discovered by SA forum goons, as opposed to a user from 4ch and ED. I am talking about the MAIN Something Awful forums, not the heretical splinter sect Something Awful Sycophant Squad which was responsible for the Jimmy Hill saga.
 
What sort of relationship would he have with her? Also, would he be tempted to molest her? And finally, optional question: What do YOU envision Chris's sister to be like, looks and personality-wise?
 
Well assuming shes normal Borb would just ignore her because Chris has da autisimz. As for Chris trying to molest her i wouldnt say he would defiantly do it but i wouldnt put it pass him. He may try to watch her in the shower. As for looks and personality i think she would be alot like Barb.
 
At best, it would be both of them being jealous of each other, with the younger sister doing what Cole and Bob's other kids did and getting the fuck out once she could.

At the very worst, it would a very Nick Bate-like situation.
 
Having siblings close to one's own age help with socialization and generally increase emotional intelligence. Having a younger sibling might have helped Chris avoid some of the issues of effectively being an only child.
