He'd find the list of people in attendance and personally Curse-Ye-Ha-Me-Ha each and every one of them.
This might be more of a "what happens when" than a "what if" scenario since I have to imagine he's on thin ice by this point after his various moving vehicle-related mishaps.
Would he continue to just drive on a suspended/revoked license? He'd almost certainly get caught eventually, and driving on a suspended license in VA is a Class 1 misdemeanor, which can be punished by up to a year in jail and a $2500 fine. Assuming that punishment is so great even a dolt like him wouldn't risk it, he'd be trapped in 14BC all day every day, with no means of transportation at all, unless Barb still drives, which doesn't seem likely.
Would/could it motivate him to start walking or riding a bike? Given his terrible health and the distance from Charlottesville (16 miles according to the CWCki), I can't see that happening. I also doubt Ruckersville is serviced by any real public transportation system, so the only other option would be calling a taxi every time he wants to go somewhere, which would get expensive fast.
