Stealth games require a certain amount of self-control, self-awareness and theory of mind for the npcs you're hiding from. Chris has none of these attributes and is unwilling to learn - anything that doesn't immediately stroke his ego gets ignored.

If Chris had chose MGS as his special interest he could only be a cheerleader for the characters in the series, with a basic understanding of the stealth aspect. Maybe he'd be a tad more stealthy online and instead of attracting attention he'd join the trolling train and name some other imposter Liquid x or something.

Classic Chris with more understanding of stealth would only be more stalkery. He'd be slightly less inept but he'd use it to raise the stakes and immediately get caught. Maybe instead of soliciting at community college he'd be hiding himself/cameras in girl's bathrooms.

And then make his escape by crawling around with a box on his back.

What if Chris gave himself prions by drinking his own semen in Fanta cans? What if Chris decided not to do that and he ended up less dysfunctional, less insane, and less stupid?

This is probably the best ending for Chris where he doesn't go full blown tranny mutant and utterly ruin his own life. The earlier this were to happen the better it would be for him. Could probably have ended up living a somewhat normal and peaceful life though his eccentricities would probably still make him known locally. Yet again this wholly depends on if any weens are so dedicated to messing with Chris that they wait for him to leave the mental institution and still try to "EPIC TROLL" and harass him IRL for the "LULZ".

He had a slim possibility with Fiona, but it appeared she had a fetish for dorky autistic gross guys, not so much for selfish overgrown man children that were only interested in you as a sexual object, and even then she definitely had a rose tinted glasses approach to the whole thing since is almost half of Chris's age, having no idea just how disgusting certain people can be behind closed doors that you think wouldn't behave a certain way based on first impressions. Not like it ended up mattering, since Chris found fungus girl more attractive, not the autistic female.

Chris does have infamy clout for sure, but normal women have never actually wanted to hang out with him, ever at any point (like remember Bob essentially paying the gal pals to hang out with him, essentially giving Chris the whole wrong idea about women?) non-normie women aren't really gonna think that much differently about him. Firstly, because he is going to the point too fast and too obviously. Guys, what the hell, you don't speak about sex BEFORE sex even when you are picking a total ONS from nightclub. They didn't like it at all. To the last moment you are going to have some 'coffe' in their place or you heading with a girl to your place for 'listening some music'. Both sides are meaing s-e-x, not coffe or music but convention is convention. Onlyt on tinder thing work in other ways, but tinderization wasn't a thing in classic Chris love quest era.

Secondly, because he is more concerned around being respected by girl than having sex. Read mailbags and chats with weens dressed as sweethearts - he often mentions how they will meet his parents, go to McD, how he respects her and other stupid shit before he even mention about sex. Best way to make girl dry as Sahara: tell her about a funny meeting with your eldery parents.

We have little information about his behaviour in MHS, but I'm pretty sure that he was acting similar: he was trying to invite girls to visit his home and meet his parents as first date. He probably didn't try to invite a girl to McD, cinema or so but was stritly inviting girls to have a dinner with his crazy parents.
 
If Chris watched JoJo's Bizarre Adventure would Sonichu be his Stand? I feel like the JoJo fanbase has to be as autistic as the Sonic and Pokémon ones, and JoJo is already really convoluted with a lot of retconned crap deus ex machina bullcrap and poorly explained things pulled out of the author's ass.
