The fire would ignite and spread so fast that Chris and Barb would most likely die, *if* they survived, they would most likely be quadriplegics judging from how most fire departments consider life more important than being functional with quality of life and often paralyze people, and would probably die in the burn unit or in nursing homes shortly thereafter.
Quadriplegics, especially those in poor health with preexisting conditions (autism, which like any other psychiatric disorder significantly shortens lives, hypertension and high cholesterol in Chris, colitis and advanced age along with what Chris has other than autism in Barb, and most likely mold inhalation, smoke inhalation, prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis in both), generally do not live long. Look at Christopher Reeve dying within slightly more than a decade of his horse accident...
And Kosher Dill, the Cadillac, BMW and van keys would burn up, and the Caddy & BMW would burn too due to their proximity to the house. If the whole property goes up in flames, say goodbye to using Bob's shed and greenhouse for shelter and goodbye to the Dodge van, all that would go up in the small wildfire that a 14BC fire would probably create.
That said, I see an electrical fire, dryer vent fire, or an appliance or electrical item shorting out, and causing just what I posted above, causing 14BC to burn down within several years.
