Containment What will happen when Chris goes to prison? - Or a mental hospital. Or anything in between.

All right, so Chris's sleeping in a parking lot somewhere. Where is s(he) going to go after this? If fam won't take her and BC14 is out of bounds, you think they're staying in their van or huddled up under a bush?

Chris lives in a bumfuck redneck state. I really think he'll most likely just go back to BC14 and the cops won't care as long as the neighbors aren't reporting any screaming.

Weens on this site think the cops monitor people like in Enemy of the State.

Chris is not insane. All the goddess and dimensional merge stuff is him playing make believe like a child would. Because he's autistic he gets very into it, and is likely telling officers all about it right now, but he doesn't actually believe it. A competent psychiatric assessment would flag that.

I think one aspect that isn't being considered here is that Chris will probably implicate himself at some point. He's with it enough to know he shouldn't proudly stand up in court and say that he was Barb's lesbian lover and satisfied her in ways his father never could (although not with it enough to not admit that to a random internet stranger...). But he's not a fantastic liar, and he'll likely end up admitting something stupid like "I was giving Barb massages, including vagina massages" while not understanding that's admitting to sexual assault and elder abuse.

I was actually wondering where he was staying after I saw in Null's post that his extended family rescinded his invitation. That thread is already on the way to 400 pages so I didn't know if I could stomach skimming it.

He'd probably benefit from being in a controlled environment with restricted Internet access, mandatory physical activity and a proper diet. Whether that's prison or a care home. The sad irony of it all might be that Chris's crimes will end up being a way for him to return to the structured and socially active glory days of high school. That Chris might be the winner in this situation. In six months time Chris is taking Spanish classes and going to emotional support groups, and doesn't really give Barb a second thought throughout this.

Could his mental illness etc. be used avoid the proper prison system?
Even for his crimes alone, I doubt he would be put in a high security prison. Plus I think it's pretty clear on a surface level that he is a pretty harmless person so it's not like he'll be thrown in with Tyreese doing life for double homicide.

I'm more interested in whether or not he'll end up in a male or female prison, lol.

The legal system of Virginia is probably so tired of having to deal with Chris. They've practically been handed a reason to finally crack down hard on him so I have reason to believe they will. His las run in with the law was trespassing at the mall hed been banned from and having gone from red to blue and introduced that shitty therapeutic docket program they sent Chris to it to see if it could work clearly it didn't.

Nick Bate was as crazy and autistic as Chris and even sent videos of himself masturbating with his own shit and he’s still in prison for raping his sister. The audio and text messages alone indicate that Chris knew it was wrong and was concealing it, if he actually had sex with her or the prosecution believes there is enough evidence to think he did, he’s rotting away just like Nick Bate.

Unless Chris gets the worst lawyer in the world, he will go to a mental hospital. With going to a mental hospital, however, there is a high likelihood he will never leave unless he shows improvement and if this is all an act going to a mental hospital is worse than prison for anyone sane.
If Chris gets charged, he won't be sent to a mental facility. He might be insane, but he's not legally insane.

Chris has a lot of mental issues, and we all know this. We've known it since the very first video he ever posted to YouTube. Should he be charged, and it isn't a sure thing that he will be, the thing we all need to remember is that insanity as a legal defense is not actually easy to prove. It isn't just proving someone is insane - it's proving someone is insane via psychiatric evaluation AND that their insanity prevented them from distinguishing between right and wrong when they committed whatever illegal act they are accused of.

In Chris's case, things were said in the audio that seem to indicate he is trying to conceal the current nature of his relationship with Barb - and typically, concealment indicates a knowledge of right and wrong. I'm not saying it isn't possible that the defense could successfully prove that he isn't responsible for his actions because of his mental state - I've certainly seen it before in cases of concealment of wrongdoing - but I am saying that when someone attempts to hide their crimes, it becomes that much more difficult to prove innocence by reason of insanity, even if you can prove they are mentally ill.

here's the only question i care about at this point, will it be live streamed? ive heard he's in a van right now and terry davis managed to stream he should too.

It could be argued that he was trying to hide the relationship from trolls.
