First of all, putting a known rapist in a prison with women who could potentially become victims themselves is out of the question, especially since Chris is a biological male.
The judge will base his judgement on Chris' biological gender, not the one he made up in his mind.
Secondly, I don't believe Chris will actually wind up in prison, due to his mental state and the fact that his mannerisms will make him a target.
You can't be seen as 'weak' in prison, and Chris is definitely gonna set off that radar from the get-go.
He will most likely be institutionalized in a mental ward.
But let's say that he does go to the slammer.
He can kiss his hair goodbye first of all, the barber is going to shave that shit straight off of him.
Secondly, the prisoners are going to see him as a mark. I don't expect them to know that he's -the- Chris Chan (because they don't have that much access to the internet, if at all) but it'll only be a matter of time before Chris fucks up 'prison etiquette' - from sitting in the wrong seat to looking in the wrong person's cell.
But most damningly of all, Chris is going to be seen as a snitch in prison, based on his habit of divulging information where he should be keeping his fucking mouth shut.
That is most likely what is going to get him killed in prison.
But another thing that might get him in trouble in prison is his 'paper work.'
Prisoners can pull your case details simply by asking their lawyers about it.
The second they find out that he raped his aging mother, they are going to find some way to punish him for it.
Probably not to the severity as they would a 'chomo' (child molester) but convicts see it as their duty to fuck you up if the crime you commit is too much, even for them.
Also, prisoners will not take kindly to Chris acting like an entitled pissant.
Even IF somebody takes him in and shows him the ropes, again, Chris royally fucks up such relationships (as seen with Null) and it will earn him a savage beating.
For example, Larry Lawton (a jewel thief who runs a Youtube channel) relates the tale of how he beat the shit out of somebody for leaving the sink in their cell filthy, even after he told them to clean it when they were done shaving.
Do you honestly think that Chris, with all of the looney nonsense he does, would go a week without getting his ass kicked in?
On the gullible side of things, Chris might attempt to join a gang (and of course, delude himself into thinking that they'll be his personal bodyguards.)
No dice, kid. Usually, they will ask you for a favour, and it'll NEVER be one you'll like.
Favours include 'moving' somebody from their seat (a.k.a. stabbing them,) but most likely, they will ask Chris to 'suitcase' things like drugs for them (smuggle things up his ass.)
Granted, this won't earn any respect. He'll get used and abused in the big house in this manner, and that's IF, because of him being a 'Tomgirl,' he doesn't get outright converted into a prison ho, in which case, sausage will constantly be on his menu, one way or the other. And he can't say 'No,' either. He'll do it, or they'll split him in half while the whole cell block listens to him screaming for mercy.
As for solitary away from general population?
That actually might work for him, but it's going to be outright torture for somebody with autism.
He'll definitely go crazier in there.
....so now that I've painted that picture for you, you can see why he mightn't go to a prison. He isn't going to last once the prisoners get to know him.
