You forget it wasnt when he was elected people started going nuts,it was when hillary wassuddenly being shown as the bestcandidatee for nextpresident despite people initially thinking it was gonna probably be "funny bald man vs. funny orange man OR funny bald man vs. the zodiac killer" before the DNC just inserted her and the spin suddenly became"TRUMP WILL KILL ALL MINORITIES YOU GUYS!!!!" I fucking remember that shift when it happened it was like fucking sleeper agents had been activated or some shit with how people were acting about the shit.

This is like the 3rd thread about this subject by now, so forgive me and rate me with clocks if the following /pol/ images have already been shared numerous times, because I probably shared these in different threads before. But anyways...

TL;DR - the powers that be noticed the plebs getting a little too uppity around Occupy Wall Street, so they cranked up the race-baiting to 11 in a divide & conquer tactic, and it was super effective. Although the seeds of clown world were planted much sooner (probably in Bush's term), and began to germinate when Black Jesus took office and made the DNC establishment bulletproof among criticism -- hence why you were labeled as racists and conspiracy theorists for pointing out Democrat warmongering. If the media can defend a Democrat president for killing civilians, they can defend a Democrat president for pushing troons and globohomo. Simple as.

I would say around the time we started entering recorded history and humanity was exiled from the garden.
 
The information age and eventual birth of the internet as we know it, with social media delivering the coup de grâce. Humans are bombarded daily with a mind shattering volume of garbage stimuli. The assumption of early hyper rational data analysts that anything could be quantified was equally erroneous and devastating in its consequences. "The territory no longer precedes the map, nor survives it." A good portion of Earth's population now is not only socially neuter and ignorant of how to meet their basic life needs outside of turning a faucet or a dial on a thermostat, but also legitimately incapable of parsing reality.

When - and why - did companies start turning from what's profitable, to pushing identity politics even if it means going broke?
 
I would say 2014, After the initial Euromaidan happening in Ukraine things have been downhill in every area. There's basically been a new cold war being fought since then which caused the EU and US to quadruple down on the tranny/race/gender shit as a new ideology. I imagine much of the shitty happenings over the past decade have been a result of this new confrontation between the great powers and their shills/agents.

Supposedly their investors, such as blackrock, threaten to pull funding if companies don't meet a certain score for social justice. 100% real, look it up.
