they're not too bad. Not as good as Norwegian ones but prisoners have to do jail work, have therapy if needed, get health treatment if needed.

Just got informed Dragonlord sold his house to the local authority of Altschauerberg. I wonder how much he got.... there must be a way to get access to the files. Isn't it in the land register? that should be public then

so the police were tired of dealing with this guy and just decided to make it the prison system's problem. it doesn't surprise me, but people practically visit him every day. why didn't they park a police car at the front of his house? are they really that busy?

Rainer uh.. isn't really representative. We do have our deathfats but people having to drive around in these carts because they literally can't walk anymore of a really rare exception than rule. Or: his weight is more in the "shocking" range here.

That's really not the standard. There are some really shitty german prisons too.

What broke the camels back in regards to Rainer wasn't insulting the police or even attacking people who provoked him, it was mostly violating his probation and showing no understanding that this is a bad thing to do.

So... something that I just found out, correct me if I'm wrong, but this trial was held in the Oberlandsgericht Nürnberg, right? An appeal usually means that you go from your local court to the higher authority court, ie: from local court to Landsgericht, but since this was the Oberlandsgericht already, Rainer actually has no higher authority court to appeal to.
Am I bamboozling myself here? Can it be true? Fuck me, that'd be fucking amazing.
The only option left would be a revision and that would necessitate that he somehow proves that the judge was biased towards him or that there were massive procedural fuckups by the court. Good luck with that :story:

Huh, I do remember some chick from the Landratsamt visiting Rainer some weeks ago, maybe they finalized him selling his property back then?
Also my theory still stands: They'll tear down the Drachenhovel, plow that shit into the earth and salt it to make it infertile forever.
