Where does Chris go exactly if he's found not guilty? Barb is in a home and the homestead will likely be seized or sold to pay for her care. Chris has been outed as an elder rapist by every news channel both foreign and domestic so I doubt any of his past enablers will help him. Prison might honestly be his best option. The outside world really has nothing to offer him other than a brief period of homelessness followed by death.

He'll be thrown out on the street, probably. There are options available to help him at least get a roof over his head but that would require him to be good with money, which without somebody other than him controlling his funds we know is beyond his capability.

Like the law ever stopped Chris from going back to places he was banned from. How many times did the jerkops and manajerks have to deal with Chris coming back to a store where he was told to get out and never come back?
