no, hes always been mentally ill, delusional and lived completely in fantasy-land. as i keep pointing out, for one of many examples, in second grade, he sincerely believed that a damn animatronic Christmas bear at the mall was god speaking to him through the bear and convinced him to change his name ! and adding insult to injury , his parents paid, and bribed people to include him and befriend him, further feeding into false beliefs and thought process, he believed all his school years on up, that he was super talented, skilled, loved, popular, etc. i mean he could not understand why he was never recognized in high school for his ''art'' -- um yeah, i can phone that answer in : because it sucked !!! there are 2nd and 3rd graders whos art is much more skillful than chris's ever has been. lolHe's way worse off mentally than he used to be. A decade ago he could pass as a slightly dimwitted eccentric guy but now he's ranting about dimensional merges in court and trying to cast spells on the judge. If he's found guilty he'll be in protective custody the entire time or a mental ward instead of prison.
Actually he's even more fucked if the second option happens. In prison you get released once your sentence is up. In a mental hospital you are detained until you are found competent which for Chris would be life because he will never be found to be mentally sound.
