And considering some of the things she shared with chat the past few streams, she's probably overwhelmed with all the positivity and praise she's getting right now.

To give a bit more context, even tho I can't remember if it was the drawing stream or the witcher one, she shared her history of problems with alcohol and that she had to give up smoking to avoid losing her voice because she wanted to improve her singing. Regarding the booze, she still drinks socially from time to time, but she toned down from what she was used to.

So, TL;DR, she's a literal ex-sad girl.

After searching the thread and the /vt/ plagued one, I found a bunch of posts, most of them by @reinigen (who also was right on the money about her past identity)

when she slipped up on stream , she tried to brush it off poorly.

Once you start combing the thread a bit, she was mentioned here quite a lot despite being a 200 view indie, and was indirectly involved in many "controversies".

Spoiler: quick summary

- Butthurt by Calli's "Off with their heads" but then getting inspired by it
- Got flak on twitter for using a loli avatar (despite her being a hag with that exact body type)
- The boyfriend slip
- The SpookiVT harassment situation.

Coming back onto this. As a reminder, this is how Shirara first came onto the radar of most people - her reaction to Calli's power move of "Off With Their Heads" - which amounted to vTweeter levels of bitching.

Which by the next day she was already walking back as, her exact words, she was "being a thin skinned bitch"

And here we are. She put in the fucking work, and it's paid off. Shiina deserves a lot of respect for just getting her shit together and putting in the reps. I didn't watch her nearly enough as Shirara, but when I did catch her I was always entertained. I'm glad to see she's doing so much better for herself and is in a much better place in life. Dunno if anyone from Phase trolls the board ever, but make sure you send her well wishes on our behalf. She's doing amazing work.

Oh shit, one of the Hololive Clippers I follow clipped the Fauna/Pippa incident from both perspectives.

Revisiting this two weeks later as well. By now, the clip is up to 65k views which is pretty decent.


The only thing that comes close in numbers recently is the "Ina's Back" stuff, as well as the leak of Council's small 3D. Pretty damn good considering it involves someone not associated with Hololive, and this clipper heavily favors only Hololive streamers.

With another event having occurred though, I've revised my original line of thought of "How in the fuck does Fauna know of Pippa?", and I think @Azchan had it right, and @Unregistered HyperCam 2 got the timestamps to 'prove' it.

Again (seems most of you missed it) but FallenShadow, who was part of Fauna's old clique, follows and often interacts with Pippa on Twitter. It is possible the connection comes from there.

Fallenshadow is currently celebrating her birthday and got a birthday wish from LemonLeaf (Fauna). Funnily enough Twitch almost crashed the moment she started playing the clip and there's also some double audio-scuff going on, but you can still make out what she's saying at least. Quite heartfelt.

I tried making clips but my computer really didn't like the VoD for some reason, so you'll have to do with timestamps for now.

There was some question of if Fauna/Lily and FallenShadow had a falling out after Fauna's premier due to some bitter sounding tweets Shadow had put out. Those thoughts however were dashed with the Lily birthday wishes video. Shadow gushed for a bit about their friendship and how they still talk regularly. So at this point, I think FallenShadow mentioning Pippa to Fauna is the most likely vector of this occurring. Either way, crazy to think that Fauna knows the Yabbit. That definitely sounds like Pippa's roommate, though I'm curious whether it's really "Pippa" and done through Phase-Connect, or whether Nousagi commissioned "Yuni Luna" and this was not done through PC. If the latter, it might be verboten to mention it on "Pippa's" streams.

I get going 3d with an anime avatar for vtubing, but why the fuck would you want to go the "realistic 3d" way? Specially in Kson's case, where she has a huge record of flesh tubing before.

It doesn't make sense to me, not stylistically, not technically and definetly not financially.
And to burn that kind of money for some gimmick feels like a bad financial decision.

I think the "benefit of the doubt" interpretation here is that the model was kinda rushed. CodeMiko looks better than that, and apparently Kson was using much the same hardware and software, so there's clearly room for improvement. I'm sure the software can handle something like a cel shading filter to give her a more cartoony/anime look.

Wow! Congrats to Pippa on the 3D debut… of sorts. That's decent tracking if it can copy her kneeling and stuff. I think it'd look a bit better if they were able to add a shadow of some sort; if they're able to have her being behind other people and things in the scenery (though why was it mirrored?), I'd think they could do a somewhat realistic shadow too.

If you look in the bottom of the video credits on Youtube, he thanks and credits Pippa and links to her PC youtube channel. I am betting this was one of the things she was talking about having to record instead of heading to bed after stream due to deadlines.

For those new to the thread the Great Reaping (the name i gave it) was the event that Calli triggered after she was calling out the lazy cunts Vtweeters to actually produce content instead of being bitches and do nothing on twatter, the usual suspects went out and screamed that it was between impossible or very hard to even debut using excuses like having no money to pay for a rig or be to anxious to even try, their hypocrisy was so stupid that they got filtered and bullied by Deadbeats and holofags calling them lazy and only wanting easy clout, others told Calli that she could say that shit easily because she has a good rig and is backed by Cover, she went and pissed gasoline in the dumpster fire by doing a stream using a PNG and telling them that the rig doesnt matter as long as you are entertaining
