That was my thought too. Like if some dumb faggot was shit-talking my product but was too stupid to ever actually understand how it functions, then I'd be tempted to 86 his ass as well.

I came across a phrase recently that best describes, DSP. Toxic Positivity. Its annoying and disgusting how much this applies to him, not only him but his dentheads. The Jaydes, the Derish. They praise every goddamn thing DSP does and DSP with his constant buzzwords of being chilled, relaxed, positive, supportive, vibe, stream. They can't think for themselves, literally. Its like they say how retards and babies are attracted shiny objects and obviously kid stuff. DSP is the shiny object doing kid like stuff for a bunch of retards.

DSP reminds me a bit of Howard Hughes, successful businessman and pilot who went bonkers in his later life, possibly due to spine/head injuries from a plane crash.

For fuck's sake, Phil, let your fans breathe. Even the smallest streamers ask the bare minimum from their audience, and bigger streamers are no less different. They can only do so much for what little you offer.

I'm actually quite okay with online personalities asking for support of any kind, as long as its reasonable, and you can see they're putting in the effort to justify your investment. Its common sense that many of the people doing online content as a full time occupation pay their bills through fan donations or patreon.

However, those people realize how truly meaningful of a gesture it is for some random fuck to pull up and drop a $5 tip or pledge, especially if they don't get any particular benefits in return. And because those people understand, it reflects in their content. They produce more, higher quality content, exclusive content for paying members etc.

So I guess the TLR is thus - those who care about what they do, and appreciate their fans express their appreciation in the form of actions that benefit their fans.

There's 0 positivity about Phil. It's all just empty words, just like most of his words. It's just corporate buzzword spamming that only works on people as retarded as him or lower. Like a shitty MLM scam or a pyramid scheme, the scam will only work on morons lower on the pyramid. The Jaydes and Derichs don't think for themselves because they're constantly being bombarded with what to think, so they don't have to do it themselves.

Just take a minute to think about this. You are a member paying DSP $5/mo. As part of giving him your money you get to vote on what you want to see him play as a reward. And now you get punished for not picking a popular enough game, and you are responsible for supporting it because you voted for it. This man NEVER does a single thing for his fans, they are tools for him to use. Also "muh engagement" meme, despite the fact Phil blocks comments and has tons of dislikes which kills engagement.

Sometimes even that is not good enough, as evidenced by Daveinity 2: Original Gin. Game was supported well by the tards, only twice did Phil fail to extract the regular tribute from his tards while playing it iirc and even then those "slow" streams made more than $100 each. Attendance was good too, no doubt a lot of ironic dents joined in the fun of watching a low IQ moron with zero problem solving skills play an actual isometric cRPG. Not understanding what any stats or mechanics mean, friendly fire, getting into fights for no reason other than Phil feeling slighted by an NPC in a fucking video game, shooting and swinging at thin air, the playthrough had it all.

Nah, the IRS expansion is mainly to go after crypto. I doubt the $600 taxable threshold will effect him at all, that's mainly going to screw eBay sellers and the like.

For a long time I have thought Phil has read something like Marketing for Dummies or something for how much he leans into the "pha$ative" and buzzword nonsense.
