I feel like I have to keep adding the caveat that, for all my shitting on the guy recently, I still like Nick and will generally continue to watch his streams up until the fourth drink where he starts giving us the matronly Slaneeshi priest lectures. Some things I didn't see discussed-

1) Nick said he was considering deleting some of the Locals hot tub streams because he was concerned that his dick might be visible on stream. He said he didn't consider that the chat window wouldn't be present during replays. He might be trolling,, idk, I don't have a locals account and never will so I have no idea if he actually deleted anything,

2) Dani Ahn was a no-show despite saying she'd be on the birthday stream. A super chatter pointed out she deleted all her social media accounts after her stream with Nick. Guess she was scared off by the level of degeneracy.

Until then Nick seemed content to have his good friend Kurt continue going into full blown autistic "I'm suicidal" meltdown live on stream.

The dichotomy between whatever the fuck that was from Kurt and what Nick was saying about random people for the crime of mocking him about his emerging exhibitionism is wild.

Anyone recall another time Nick has actually had major pushback from his audience for what he himself had done? I wonder if this is the first time. He has gotten pushback for certain guests but that is different. This is a rapid escalation. The degeneracy probably bubbled up to the surface on its own, I doubt nick made a fully conscious decision to show it off, maybe the success got to him and made him reckless but in a way it was always there, he always joked about degenerate stuff but most people assumed it was just that, a joke. The thing I've noticed about Generation X'ers is that, more so than any other generation, they don't give a crap about their image or identity. That said, his reading of the law tends to be right, even if juries disagree with him.

Yeah but the part he forgets is that a jury is not just the final judge of the law, but also adjudicator of guilt. A jury can find you guilty but not in violation of the law and vice-versa.

I think what happened is that there were several hardcore "convict" votes and the other jury members just had a really bad taste in their mouth. Otherwise I think it would have deadlocked with a hung jury. I'm sure several of them can see themselves being the woman who got shot. Fuck, I can see it happening to me. Who wants to get shot because police thought there was a burglary and just wandered into your backyard when you have done absolutely nothing wrong? Granted, this is not what they should've have reached in a legal conclusion, but that is what they have reached in regards to guilt.

There's a lot of folk who'd be willing to get on that jury to convict/not convict them. I don't know how I would want to be on that jury. A person is dead and lives are ruined, and now I alongside 11 other retards get to decide if I should ruin another life, or let the already ruined ones suffer more. I think the jury took the easy way out with what appears to be a compromise verdict. Instead of deciding long and hard.
