At least it will never get Blizzard Office badBeen checking the state of the game myself for nearly a decade after I quit (mainly from checking new song uploads) and I've noticed ever since Jagex kept getting passed around to random investment firms like a piece of meat, the volume and quality of updates has tanked hard, while the subscription price keeps going up and up, and old talent keeps leaving.
The OSRS poll system is also completely flawed and should be scrapped, since they already push updates without polling (equipment nerfs, gay pride twice, etc.) that would be unpopular with the players voting, and I remember a few months ago, they tried to poll rewards for a PvP arena, and every single one failed despite them trying to put a requirement so only pk'ers could vote, because they thought non-pk'ers were the ones mass downvoting everything.
Its fun just watching a game I used to love when I was younger slowly burn in a flaming car-wreck thats been going on for years, just like watching the state of Blizzard
I only vote yes to polls that either directly benefit me or have the effect of sabotaging the game. Needless to say, I voted yes. :^)New skill cumming. How y'all feel? The draconian voting system seems to be out
He only won some back pay, he also tried to have his job reinstated and the judge said no. Jagex in its rage fired him a bit too hastily and without due process, but the judge acknowledges the outcome would have been Jed getting fired even if they had done everything by the book, hence the no job reinstatement.Remember Mod Jed the Jagex mod that allegedly stole coins from players and leaked ips to RoT so they could win deadman mode, and then got his employment terminated as a result? Well turns out he took it all to court in the UK, and won.

Keywords are "have been." I will admit that I haven't been watching out for OSRS sperging as much as I used to, but I can't think of anything reallythere have been so much funny shit happening in OSRS
The thing about OSRS is that most of the shit happening feel tangential to the game. And when it does, only the people who play it a lot can understand the context of it all. It's not really something you can put in the front page unless it's literally like the Pride event that got players to dress like Islamic people and protest against gays in Falador.Honestly I think the OP is in need of an update, there have been so much funny shit happening in OSRS, like I cant believe anyone here have not posted these legendary clips of a streamer showing her ass and tits for GP back in like 2014
I don't mind as long as it is fun, leave the balancing and complaints to the Reddit trannies, usually works itself out after a while.New skill cumming. How y'all feel? The draconian voting system seems to be out
I haven't played RuneScape for years now, but I still lightly follow some of the news/drama with the game. I wish it was a little easier to tell some of these stories about stuff that's happened in the game to people who never played, but you'd have to spend an ungodly amount of time explaining the background before you could even begin to tell the stories themselves. The thing about OSRS is that most of the shit happening feel tangential to the game.
The best way I can describe the appeal of OSRS is nostalgia plus the feeling of beating a game you could never finish as a kid - except there's no real way to "beat" OSRS. Sure, there might be a lot of MMO's that have more stuff to do than OSRS, but the depth isn't really there in those other games IMO. There are plenty of achievements and things to do for account progression buried under the surface. OSRS also has the no MTX thing going for it as well, which is honestly what kept me around for so long. The game feels "fair" despite the people buying gp because the skills take as long to train as they do.I used to play OSRS but having tried other MMO's I just don't ge the appeal anymore, I know it's AFK but there is basically no real content, sure you can do quests or skill but it all boils down to the same thing skip everything, click on a tree wait ten seconds and then do it again.
Shit the FF14 FREE TRIAL has more content than the members version of OSRS I really have no idea how the hell it's still turning a profit.
RS is a skilling game. There are not many good skilling games I can think of.I used to play OSRS but having tried other MMO's I just don't ge the appeal anymore, I know it's AFK but there is basically no real content, sure you can do quests or skill but it all boils down to the same thing skip everything, click on a tree wait ten seconds and then do it again.
